7,000 mistake
If I could say the ONLY and yet BIGGEST issue we had with clover cost us 7,000. Clover mini didn’t come set default for some things we would have wanted by default. They should be defaulted on rather than off because we didn’t know and it cost us a huge fraud claim. CLOVER NEEDS TO COME DEFAULTED TO FORCE CUSTOMER ADDRESS MATCH ON MANUAL INPUT CARDS. Then if a company wants to call and override that then they be warned of the outcome. We assumed we were protected and then when we had a bounce back you told us those things should be set for precaution. Never at any time did anyone tell us that or warn us of the possible outcome. CLOVER/FIRST DATA should protect your clients (us) by doing what is best for us instead of assuming we know what we are doing. A heads up would have been nice.
They said they'd be in touch, never did get back to us.

Whenever we have an issue it’s handled instantly. Rates are competitive with other companies aswell.
The payment processing forcefully…
The payment processing forcefully closes the account. Essentially, you guys are partners and working together. The leasing equipment side now says they are separate from the processing side, and mandatorily to pay the equipment rental even though we can't use it.
There is a lot of information that the sales team does not disclose to customers when they sign the contract. I felt betrayed and disappointed.

Mr. Santiago Had called me and guide me through all the offers and options available. he had answered all the question that i had asked and made the transition so seamless with his implacable customer service and profound knowledge of product. I am really happy with clover and their great sales team. highly recommend clover. easy to use device and very convenient and affordable for small businesses.
I love clover for ease of cash out but I dont like the new update
I love clover for ease of cash out. the recent update changed some of that. it would be helpful if you put back the total card sales on the sales overview. it now breaks it down by debit and credit and no where does it show total card sales anymore. different people do cash outs depending on the day and circumstance and this is going to cause some confusion
Clover does not make refunds easy!!
Clover is easy to deal with, except one point that really upsets me. I can not process a credit greater than $1000.00 without going to the original invoice, sometimes months ago, and then not being able to give my customer a receipt that says CREDIT!!! That is NOT service! if my customer is not satisfied, I should be able to give a credit back of ANY amount!!
