Hope this pillow continues to satisfy
After removing the smaller of the 2 components, I found the pillow to be perfect. I have fibromyalgia so it's very easy for me to get headaches during the night if I haven't got the right pillow. However, I have noticed that a dent where my head lies has stayed the same in spite of morning plumping. It remains to be seen if this makes a difference.

Amazing
I suffer with painful pillow ear and was using an ear pillow. Really wanted a NORMAL PILLOW with no hole to lie on and oh my god did I find one. So soft for my ear. I also take migraines and this pillow is soft enough to put my head on as before I couldnt put my head down at all. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable pillow, good to be able to choose between depths.
I have a problem with my neck that affects my hands, pain and pins and needles in the night.

Perfect pillow
Fast delivery. I ordered on the 6/2 and received on the 12/2 I live in France so that is great customer service, packaged really good and instructions on how to create the perfect pillow for you. The pillow is so soft it really is like a cloud. My husband is the biggest moaner about pillows but this morning he said ‘ those pillows are magic I slept right through the night ‘ this is high praise from a serial grump !

Havent received it yet, just received it
Havent received it yet. Not only I have not reveived it, but the transport agency just wrote an email after the scheduled delivery hour saying wrong or incomplete address. Did not bither to check it prior to delivery, no… just after the fact, that is such a lame lie. @seur. Liars. I do not have the pillow. Wont be getting it, because seur does not allow to change or esit preferences, and warns me that if in 10 days I do not pick it up from god knos where, they’ll sen it back. I wont be chasing the pillow, I will be chasing the money back. Update. I finally got the pillow.
