Although not the cheapest pillows out there , they are though great value thru their customisation to get them just right to personal preference, I particularly like the coolness and breathabilty so I was comfortable thru out the night, so all in all a Ronseal of a pillow it does what it says it will do

Awful service and customer service. They don't send the order on the day they say they will, 8 days after you placed the order the order hasn't even been processed yet. Then they don't reply and they think threatening the customer by showing an automatic message saying if you send another email, your inquiry will get to the "bottom of the list" is gonna do something. Yes, it will, it will make your customer even angrier.

The website is easy to navigate,order came quickly.
I had 2 cervical discs taken out of my neck 2 years ago and a cage put in, and I have struggled with pillows ever since.
I bought the side sleeper pillow in December and I absolutely love it.No aches or pain just comfort.I also love the coldness of the pillow as I get too warm. This then lead me to buying the Quilt and bed lining which arrived this week.
I can honestly say that both my myself and my Husband love it all.
I haven't been woken up once by getting to hot.
The feel of the Quilt is light and fluffy.
You should advertise to all the menopausal ladies who suffer at night time.Your products would definitely help them.
I love the feel and colour of my bed linen as well.I couldn't have bought a better match to my bedroom colours.
I have never written such a long review before but this time I felt I needed to.

I have been called a pillow snob. But I spend ages trying to find the right pillow. I seem to feel every little bump in my pillow and when I find a good one, it doesn’t last for long before I need another one. After looking at many pillows on the internet, I came across Cloudpillo Recharge and to be honest, the 100 night trial, was what swayed it for me. It only took a couple of days to arrive and I took it out of the box immediately to let it breath and plump up. But I couldn’t wait another night to try it, so I put it in a pillow case ( which took ages because it was so plump) and planned to sleep on it that night. When I rested my head on it, it was way too high for me. So I unzipped it and took out the firmer layer and tried again. This time it was too lower so I put one of my own pillows underneath. I did sleep well but needed to sort it out the following day. There are 2 internal pillows both of which have a zip to take out some of the filling. I took out half the firmer filling and tried again. The pillow was so soft and bounced back. I’ll try it again to see if I need to take out a little more.
Although this pillow is extremely versatile and I’m looking forward to sleeping on it, there are two little things that I think need improving. When you take the filling out of the case, you have nowhere to put it. Luckily I had an old fabric bag but it would’ve been nice to have a light bag included so I could keep it somewhere safe until I need to adjust it again. And the other thing I noticed was, because I have cream pillow cases, the grey from the pillow shows through. I could put a pillow protector underneath but this changes the density of the pillow because the filling is more squashed.

I’m really happy with my Cloudpillo! The comfort is exactly as described, supportive yet soft, and it has noticeably improved my sleep quality. I feel more rested. Great quality and definitely worth it. Highly recommended!

Originally bought 1 pillow to test (as these are not cheap). Ended up buying 1 for everyone in the house (so 3 in total). Everyone is super happy with their pillows. Great product

The pillow is terrible, hard, hot, compacted, heavy and solid.
Customer service is unbelievable, stating a return label can't be sent because of a bug on their system!!
A very big scam

In response to your reply, yes I've contacted customer service various times, passed onto your returns dept, whom can't generate a label. The last communication was they had a bug and can't generate a return label. This then takes the customer over the 30 days free return policy!!!

Absolutely love our pillows, definitely enjoying a good nights sleep. If you buy on a deal (like black friday) expect a bit of a shipping delay.

Ordered and never got my pillows. Cloudpillo says they've given it to the courier, courier says they don't have it. Not sure if in scammed but nothing came. Then they say they're out of stock. Don't know who to trust.

Lovely pillow. Loads of stuffing. I had to take a lot out and will probably make a cushion with it! Definitely cooler on one side which is perfect for me. Highly recommend

Transformed my sleep
I was a little sceptical if I'm honest. How could a pillow be worth £70? There were so many others around too on social media. However, it's given me really deep sleep, restful sleep and is so comfortable - really is like a sleeping on a cloud.
