Good bags! Fast delivery,

Their bags are absolutely gorgeous- very spacious and incredibly practical. Definitely worth buying. Shipping was impressively fast too despite the holidays.

I ordered a bag as a Christmas gift, and didn't realize until the moment I hit "Submit" that the shipping said "International." As I only had 12 days until Christmas, I immediately went to my email and replied to the customer service email confirming my order to cancel it. This was literally less than a few minutes from my order (and it was on a weekend). However, the response I received (the next day) was that they could not cancel my order because of their setup. I had already ordered a different bag for the Christmas present from another site that I knew was NOT international, and was guaranteed delivery before Christmas. I was told they would gladly work with me to return it when it arrived.

The bag arrived the day after Christmas, anyway. I replied again to my email, telling them I wanted to return the item. The response was obviously their standard reply, that it had to be unused, etc.; the email went on to say that I had to pay for shipping the return back (from the United States to Australia), and then they would process my return. I replied again, saying, well, I TRIED to cancel my order immediately and it shouldn't have been sent at all. Their response: Doesn't matter. I have to pay to return it. The cost to ship it back is about the same as what I paid for the bag... which of course they know. I will never order from this company again.

I got their new puffer bag recently, and it did not disappoint. It's my second purchase from Cloud Nine Crew. The quality was really nice and I'll be back again if they release any new designs for sure!!!

So I got their laptop tote bag for uni and I just love this bag. Fits all my stuff, lightweight and waterproof. The straps make the bag so much more supported and doesn’t hurt your shoulders as much as I thought

Ordered a tote bag in May, still item hasn’t arrived. No response for emails requesting refund. Please avoid them.

I am so happy with it! All my stuff fits in in and if I wanted to it could even fit more stuff! It took me a really long time to find a good tote with a lot of space and I finally found it! Its the perfect bag

Update: they’re basically refusing my return, parcel has been in post office for over a week. Ridiculous I will have to go to consumer affairs or my bank

I decided to order one after seeing them on tiktok for a while and I don't regret it. I ordered the laptop tote bag and the quality is really nice!! Ive been using it for uni for the last week and wish I got one earlier

Very nice bag with a lot of pockets and quality material (easy to clean and waterproof !).
The price seemed fair to me.
Shipping price was affordable and it arrived shortly !

The product is amazing. The delivery was quick enough for me considering I ordered it to Europe (it comes from Australia). I definetely recommend!

It is a nice bag with great material and a lot of space. Took a bit for it to arrive but it did not disappoint. I am using mine for High School and it is perfect
