I cannot log into the webapp and the actual app sucks
I cannot log into the webapp. Not the main page, not the student portal, nothing. Every time I ask fro my details, the email does not arrive or, says "Someone has requested your details, if this wasn't you, contact your school immediately" without sending me anything of value. If you're asking, 'Why don't you use the student app", well, the whole reason I'm trying to access it from the web is because the student app is genuinely one of the most laggy, lackluster, cluttered apps I have ever interacted with. On Ipad, it does not eve take up the full screen, most of that screen space is filled with a black void. The app was not even made for Ipad, so why bother making it installable on there at all. The app sucks, the entire login system sucks and it makes me so enraged every single time.
