Where is my order
I’ve been waiting and waiting on my three dresses every since April... This has really disappointed me because I love cloudmall clothing! Normally I don’t have bad services with CloudMall However this has been the longest that I have ever had to wait on my order. Moreover, the emails keep saying my order is in transit!! It shouldn’t be in transit due to me order two months back!!! I’m sorry but this is not a good look! Please don’t further disappoint me bc I was so looking froward towards continuing to shop from you guys😢
Update: Now it shows on the company’s website that item LY205661195aV has been delivered, which is a total Lie!!! I nevered received item LY205661195aV and I am wondering if a third party should get involved due to constantly asking for my money back for items that had not arrived to me!! Has anyone else had this problem!! Bc my item was not delivered to me, yet it’s saying that it was....
Update!! This company robbed me out of my money... they claiming that my package was delivered to me successfully, however I did not receive a package!!! And I’m am beyond pissed off!!! The conniving company shipped my dress to Nebraska, then lied as if it was the usps fault, who when I contacted the usps, they stated that it was the company’s fault!! I will stand for this injustice!! They will not get away with taking my money, then shipping what I purchased to someone else!! This is down right pure robbery!!! DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THE US ATTORNEY WILL NOW BE INVOLVED!!! Wicked China!!!!!

Where is my order?? Ordered approx a month ago and paid for,but still not received...not received information or kept up to date regarding delivery of goods.

I lost my money, Do not patronize them
Do not patronize cloudmall, you'll never see your money or items. I placed an order with them and that was the end. I couldn't track the order and I couldn't reach them because they dont have a contact number. Even my account didn't exist on their page. I emailed several times and kept receiving the same presaved messages as response to different queries. Because the message is presaved it doesn't deal with your specific issues. .
