SCAMMERS! Don’t waste $12k! Please trust me when I say RUN!! Read my full experience

This company turned out to be a complete scam. Despite their claims of working with reputable businesses like Ideal Image, their work was of shockingly low quality. Having dealt with six marketing companies in the past year, this was by far the worst experience. After gaining my trust, Rebecca convinced me to pay $3000, only to disappear afterwards. Our agreement was for 60 leads per month, with a monthly ad spend of $9,000, plus a $3,000 admin fee. I suggested a $29 deposit from leads before scheduling to prevent no-shows. Initially, they showed me ads supposedly created for Ideal Image, which reassured me. However, the ads they eventually produced were garish and childish, with an unclear offer of "Up to 50% off your first treatment." As a med spa owner, I knew this would be confusing for potential clients. I pointed out numerous grammatical and image mistakes, insisting they be taken down immediately to avoid misrepresenting my company. The person responsible for creating my ads, Ryan, seemed entirely clueless. During onboarding, he asked me what the ads should say, a stark departure from the norm where marketing companies usually offer proven suggestions. When I inquired about successful strategies from his previous clients, he couldn't provide an answer. He also lacked basic knowledge of common treatments like cavitation, Radiofrequency, and Cryoskin. This was evident in my Cryo facial ad, featuring a woman in a white face mask, making no sense at all. It felt like they had never worked with a med spa before. I reached out to Rebecca expressing my discomfort and lack of confidence in their services due to Ryan's incompetence, but this was the last I heard from her, despite my repeated calls. Now, let's discuss the two leads they claimed to acquire, costing me over $200. They signed up for the Cryo facial deal but received automated messages about laser lipolysis. This inconsistency made no sense. Upon closer inspection, it became apparent that some leads were fake, originating from places like India. Additionally, text messages from their platform weren't going through, and the two leads they did manage to secure didn't leave a deposit or show up for their appointments. It's likely they were also fake. When I requested a refund, they flatly refused and ignored my attempts to reach out. Eric, the company owner, feigned attempts to contact me, but there were no missed calls on my end. This lack of integrity is glaring. They essentially took my money and provided nothing in return. I strongly advise against trusting this company. Save your $12,000 per month for a service that truly delivers. They are the most expensive I've encountered, offering the poorest service imaginable. Don't be swayed by their ads on social media; they are truly awful. I regretfully threw away $3,000 and even took out a loan to afford them. This decision has ended up costing me far more in the long run. I can’t believe I fell for it. RUN!
