FreshDesk Gurus...

CloudChoice helped turn our firm's clunky help-desk into a fine-tuned ticketing system in only a matter of hours. They began by providing a quote that was firm-specific and based on the changes we were looking for, offering a very competitive price. Not only were they able to assist in providing and implementing best-practices for our FreshDesk, but they were able to complete actual coding on the back-end in order to make customizations specific to our firm. Their team is very responsive with fast turnaround times. In an instance where we required an urgent update, the CloudChoice team was able to get on a call and resolve the issue within a couple of hours. I highly recommend the CloudChoice team to anyone looking to ramp-up their ticketing system for maximum efficiency.
