While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

IBM is sabotaging my business launch!

IBM is sabotaging my business launch!
They offer a generous amount of credits but they don’t want you to use them.
I spent days straight with no sleep getting ready to launch since some of credits expire in 30 days.
They sent me an email Friday saying they needed to call me to verify my account. I replied this is fine call me anytime today or Monday and I will be available to verify. I log on Sunday night to prepare for launch at 1am and see my account has been suspended? I can’t access my resources and the site was set to launch this morning, I got on tech support at 1am to resolve, after wasting my time for an hour they are like good news we can call you tomorrow during the specified window 12-2 to verify your account. That is literally no improvement on my situation and does not help me launch.
Now it’s 3:30 I still have not received a call, my account is suspended and I cannot launch.
It’s all a scam, I’m sure these days are counting toward my expiration on the credits, they are doing everything they can to prevent me from using the credits and I would not trust my business to a place that suspends your account on a whim, I have fully cooperated, told them when to call me as requested. There are cheaper cloud services out there, use RunPod or anything for compute, ibm is running a scam.

This is probably scammiest provider

This is probably scammiest provider. No wonder IBM is downsizing since years.... I am getting charged, despite they act like they do not know my bank account and beg it when I log in.. and when not given it just kicks you out from the system. They have also the slowest customer service. SO THEY JUST SUCK. AND THEY CAN KEEP S*CKING, I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
