I don't know or remember when this realy happen, but i singed myself in a contract that i dont know anything about. I canceled my contract after money was deducted from my bank. But with good people still exist, your company is willing to refund me, something to talk about. Therefore I'm grateful. Thank you so much.

I purchased from this site through a sponsored ad on Instagram, I paid €9.99 for a backpack. I was notified of an email that talks about a subscription to a membership, but there is no mention of the backpack.

They want me to pay a small amount to receive a surprise box. But the order is a activation of a membership.
When you cancel the membership on their website they send you a mail saying that they normally won‘t refund the money but will do it this time if you give them 4 or 5 stars on trudtpilot and send them a screen shot. I didn't subscribe for their membership I paid for a box but instead they used my money for membership why so? They even refuse to cancel that membership and they said it takes about 14 days and suddenly I'm receiving a new email stating that my subscription has been adjusted instead of cancelation

Doris is very quick to respond, and she helped me solve my problem. She even helped me get my refund and cancel my membership with no extra cost. She is very clever, attentive, and very helpful. Thanks to her, I am so happy with her service. She's a gem!

If there is a zero star, I'll give this company a zero since they are a bunch of scammers!

We came across a Facebook post, with an ad that a certain branded bag only costs about $1+, it has legit reviews from Facebook users to attract other buyers. We ordered two because we were unsure if the first order went through thinking it only cost more than a dollar so it's okay. I used my card for it then after a week I was surprised to see a charge from clothestous and carrycouture worth more than $25 each!!!! There's another charge that did not go through thanks to my bank! When I found out about it we did some research and saw a Facebook post that the first charge was a subscription then they'll charge another making the charge twice a month WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE! The fee will then be converted to points in their online store which you can use to purchase unbranded products. We have reached out to their CS, but whoever this ALbhy is wants us to make a review first before doing the refund. TOTAL SCAMMERS! I told him to do the refund first before I do the review but we've waited for more than a week now but did not see any.

Anyway, you can have that $50+ as I can still earn that in the MOST LEGAL WAY! That $50+ you scammed from us will be your fee for your KARMA. You and whoever spent that money you scammed from us. My god, you shouldn't be in Trustpilot because your company is a fraud and should not be trusted! Of course, I will see to it that you become famous on Facebook where I found you, and will do an honest review together with screenshots to bring awareness to everyone. I know you'll just close this store and make another brand then scam again. Good luck with that, hope you will receive your karma soon.

I never knew about this website. Today a noticed that money is deducted from my account by this company. I phoned the fraud department of my bank and they found nine deductions. Which in total is more than a R1000. According to them it is subscription fee. I never sign up for anything and was forced to stop my card to prevent any further transactions.

They are scammers so be aware of this website, they steel your money from you. I payed for an item and they did not deliver it.
