I have ordered several times over the last couple of years, and the quality of everything I’ve received has been fantastic. LockerRoom clothes never fail to get compliments too! I’ve reached out online with product questions before ordering, and received a quick and accurate response. Orders consistently arrive from Bulgaria (to Canada) within 2-3 weeks. Their clothes are not inexpensive, but you definitely get what you pay for!

This company has a concept in place for making their clothes to order, a bit like tailor-made, without the hassle. They exist because they are able to compete in a global market. As a new customer to this brand, I am impressed with the result, the quality and the small, simple things like a nice cloth bag that the product is delivered in. Not scrunched up in plastic. I have ordered three or four times from lockerroom. Was more than impressed by what i paid for and what i got. Price point is perfect. The tulle blazers i bought are a perfect fit (m), and i am size 8us! The tracksuit skirt and too perfect fit in S! Off shoulder blouse S/M, cropped track jacket and drop (inseam)sweats a S/M and all good! I am 5’10”, 156lbs. The ruffle cami fits but i would prefer it looser. Ordered S, still fits, just refer a bigger look. Takes about 3-3.5weeks delivery but freepeople take longer snd they are next door!

I have bought SEVERAL things from Locker Room for my wife and she absolutely loves everything! And every time we go out, no matter if it's NYC, Chicago, LA or NOLA, if she is wearing something that Tony curated, she gets asked MULTIPLE times where did she get that outfit. We have never had an issue with sizing and have only had to exchange an item once and it was smooth and seamless. Overall, I can't say enough about how cool and ahead of the curve this brand is. Highly recommended!

Please avoid or use a credit card to get your refund in the event something goes wrong. I ordered from this company one time before my last purchase and didn’t have a problem. Fast forward, I ordered a two piece set in early April, 2025. By the end of April, nothing. Contacted the company and was told it was shipping the next day. Took several weeks to arrive and when it did it was the wrong size. I ordered a large and received a small. Again, contacted the company and was sent specific instructions for returning the merchandise for an exchange. Paid almost $50 and got a tracking number. Weeks then months passed and still no response. I continued reaching out to the company and did receive a response that they had not been notified of the parcel being ready for pickup and to send them the tracking number. Did everything that was asked to get the money ($265) reimbursed because at this point, summer was over. Received more of the same from the company regarding responses. It was clear that this was not a priority to them and refunding my money was unlikely. I contacted the credit card company to file a claim and gave them all the documentation that was asked for. I was granted a refund by the credit card company in October which appeared to catch the business by surprise. Bottom line, keep all receipts, emails and correspondence if you decide to order from Clothes By Locker Room.

Follow-Up Review.

I have enjoyed wearing my dress from Locker Room throughout the spring and summer. I continue to wear it now going into the Autumn weather. I still love it. And I am constantly getting stopped while out and about asking me where I bought it.

It is such a cool style, well made, and has withstood lots of wear throughout two seasons so far. It washes easily, doesn't hold stains/spills, keeps me cool in the heat, but warm when it cools down.

It is extremely flattering, I only wish I could buy it in other colours like black, green (olive would look so good!) or white.

Love this dress and I highly recommend it to others considering it. I am not a gatekeeper and happily share that I bought it online from The Locker Room.

They sent me the wrong item and wasn’t impressed with the quality anyway! I sent it back and they’re now refusing to refund me or return the item! I can see they’ve read the messages but they just don’t reply! Total sharks! From other reviews, it seems they scam almost everyone by taking their money and refuse refunds!

Poli was apologetic, confirmed they were legit, said they were overwhelmed by their Black Friday sale, and sent me the jeans. AND they are SPECTACULAR! Changing my opinion and previous review by 180. I'm obsessed.

First order I received and the outfit fit great. I took a chance on a bigger more expensive order. I ordered Dec.8, 2024. It’s been exactly a month- no confirmation, no status update, no tracking number! I’ve contacted the company - no response! After reading other mostly poor reviews I’m afraid I’ve been scammed out of $254. Not ready yet to accept that reality. Will continue to pursue a response or refund. If I don’t hear anything back within a week I’ll conclude that I’ve been scammed and pursue recovery of my funds.
*Update- Literally an hour ago received response from the company. They admitted a delay and said my order is scheduled for delivery the beginning of next week. Stay tuned. I appreciate the response though and will update my review once I receive the product.

I ordered the first week of November, I am getting the run around about my refund that I asked them to cancel. I am told that it is taking much longer to process my order. Please do not order from this company that are a Scam! Today is 12/25/2024.

Almost a month since I placed my order and still nothing..No information about the receiving date..I wonder if I will ever get my clothes or I will lose 300$..

Where do I start.. ugh. The clothing is such awful quality, like a Chinese knockoff. Very cheap material despite the price! Looked nothing like what I had ordered. I returned the jumpsuit and now she is no longer replying to my emails and requests for a refund! Avoid at all costs.

So disappointed - after eagerly and excitedly awaiting over a month to receive my outfit. I was less than impressed with what arrived. First off, sizing is all wrong I’m usually medium and opted to go large for an over sized look, couldn’t even get it on! Secondly, for the price I paid I was expecting luxury. It was sort of imported chinese knock off. Material was cheap and vastly, nothing like the pictures. The model looked great - this product did not resemble this at all. Avoid this company! Not ever buying from a company on Facebook with no reviews again.

I wanted to rate them higher, I bought two lounger suits from them one black with dropped crotch pants and one cream- oversized hoodie and skirt, cream colour. I needed to return the last one due to the overly oversized hoodie paired with a perfect fitted skirt. The company is in Bulgaria, if you are returning anything
from North America the shipping is almost as much as the product, takes a month and even though the parcel was ready for pickup since June 8 it is now June 15 and no one rushed to pick it up thus delaying the refund. Alas, lesson learned.

Item look like pyjama. Send back item. By mistake post do not to track a parcel. So if parcel not tracked you do not get back refund. Do not recommend quality is not worth that price.

Items not as advertised…no care or fabric content labels, and when contacted, not overly helpful…was told to dry clean if not sure of fabric…was meaent to be viscose…which would explain the high price, but it arrived and was plain old sweatshirting…not worth the price, not as advertised…really disappointed ☹️

My experience with Clothes By Locker Room:

(1) VERY DELAYED SHIPPING
Bought items from their site late November. On their site they originally claimed 10 – 12 days. When this deadline passed (it was more than two weeks by that point) I emailed them asking for an update. They then replied that it would be 10 – 14 BUSINESS days. When this deadline was missed again (past 1 month at this point), I emailed them again asking for an exact date. They then said they would ship by end 1st week of Jan. I received my items approx 2nd week of Jan.

(2) ITEMS NOT AS ADVERTISED, POOR QUALITY FINISHING

1. “Elegant White Top with Jabot Detail × 1” 84USD
The Jabot detail was very poorly sewed on. It is so heavy in the front that it pulls the collar of the tshirt down, distorting the collar. It does not sit nicely on the front of the t-shirt and just looks messy. Steam ironing the t-shirt did not help. Fabric is also listed as “Material - Cotton, Elastane”. However, the clothes tag says “50% cotton, 50% polyester”. If I knew it was 50% polyester, I would not have purchased it.

2. Tulle Skirt + Lilac Top Outfit Set 192USD
2a. Tulle skirt
From the pictures in the website, the underside of the skirt should be a dark purple. However, I received the skirt, the underside was pale blue. I wanted a dark purple skirt, and again would not have ordered it if it was light coloured. The overall quality of sewing is also very poor. The top of the skirt is just a large thick elastic waist, from front to back. It is quite ugly. Note that none of the pictures on the website feature the skirt without the free belt. Now I know why, as the sewing is poor, and the skirt looks quite ugly without the belt covering it.

2b. Lilac top
The website lists material as “cotton, elastane”. The actual clothes tag says 100% polyester. If I knew this, I would not have purchased it. Other than that, the construction was ok, and colour was as advertised.

For tops: Sizes run very small. I bought a small, and am 54kg, 1.6m height. The S was almost too small for me.

PS. I have pictures of all my purchases as well as screenshots of the items as describe from the website. I can prove everything I said, if needed. It cost too much to return the items, so I just have to live with it. :(
