This is how every "warranty" should be! Take note, all service providers. They not only stand behind their work and quickly respond to any service requests, they do it enthusiastically! The absolute best contractor involved in the construction of our home. Our master closet is unique and never fails to draw "Wows!" from visitors.

I worked with Becky on the designs and she did such a phenomenal job in maximizing all the closet areas I have. She was quick, gave quotes super quick and was very thorough with everything. Eugene installed all my closet space and I cannot thank him enough for doing such a phenomenal job with the installation. Each area was cut right exactly to the perfect sizing and he really made those closets look custom made! He was so focused in making sure the closets were done right and on time based on the timeline for completion. He cleaned up all the areas and cleaned the shelves that you couldn’t even tell someone was there installing any cabinets. Great job, great service and amazing team! Not enough stars with the level of service and products I received. Highly recommend them! Thank you Becky and Eugene!!

Walter Steunenber was my Design consultant. We started in 2022 and he was so supportive with all the COVID challenges and our construction, permit challenges. Finally in April 2024 we were ready for install and they are so beautiful! Norman was the installer who did a great job and took care of every detail like it was his own.

If I could give them 10 stars I would do it in a heartbeat. Designer Heather was a joy to work with. She designed a beautiful & functional, master closet & pantry that is the envy of my friends. She also designed 2 guest closets, 2 linen closets, and 2 coat closets. I am beyond thrilled with the final product. The Install team of Connor, Duilio, & Jared were impressive. They arrived on time, installed everything to perfection, cleaned up after themselves and were the most polite, courteous young men to work with. The care department was informative and communicated well and let me know what to expect each step of the way.
The quality of the final product is excellent. This is the second home Closet Factory has organized for me and both experiences have been exceptional. I highly recommend this team for all your closet needs.

Wow! Our two closets are fantastic. Great product and exceptional service. Veronica and Angel were excellent. Our design consultation with Veronica was on a Monday evening and our two closets were meticulously installed by Angel that Thursday. I was blown away by the professionalism and thoughtfulness of both Veronica and Angel the whole way through. Really felt like a valued customer, and I appreciate that. Thank you!!

From start to finish Lori Feldman was fantastic. She had great ideas for our Murphy bed and was patient with me during the decision making process. It was completed quickly too. The installers, Gabriel Glare and Gularte were professional and completed the job quicker then they said. I would 100% recommend Lori at closet factory.

We are so pleased with the work that Closet Factory did, from the meticulous planning that Tatyiana did to the painstaking installation that Rick and Trevor completed in one very full day. The bookshelves and media console turned out so well. We fully recommend this company for their professionalism and competency, all delivered at a fair price. Wow what a great design, product and installation we got from Closet Factory. Eden is a great designer, gave great advice and the finished product is great. Tom the installer did an excellent job as well. We will definitely use them again!!

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THE CLOSET FACTORY . WE ORDERED CLOSETS TO BE INSTALLED AND IN ORDER TO DO SO, WALLS NEEDED TO BE REMOVED TO PROCEED WITH THE PROJECT. MY COOP DENIED THE SCOPE OF WORK. AT THE TIME THE WORKER ASSURED US THAT IF THE JOB GETS DENIED WE WILL GET A REFUND WE TRIED TO GET THE JOB APPROVED SINCE 2022. WE SPENT 3000 ON PLANS AND EXPIDITER AND A DESIGNER . UNFORTUNATELY IT WAS DENIED FROM THE BOARD 3X I NOW REACHED OUT TO CLOSET FACTORY TO GET MY 8000 DEPOSIT BACK AND THEY REFUSED AND NOW STATED I HAD 3 DAYS TO CANCEL. THEIR WORKER CLEARLY STATED I CAN CANCEL. IF MY JOB IS NOT APPROVED. NOW THEY STATE THEY ARE KEEPING MY 8000 AND DID NOTHING FOR IT. ORIGINALLY I WAS ORDERING THE CLOSETS THROUGH COSTCO AND THEY TOLD ME DONT DO THAT OR THE PRICE WOULD BE DOUBLE. AGAIN AN OUT RIGHT LIE. COSTCO IS GREAT THEY WOULD HAVE PROTECTED ME NOW ALL I CAN DO IS GO TO COURT AND ATTNY GERAL FOR FRAUD.

We recently had The Closet Factory install 2 closets in our home. Sallie, our designer was excellent and made some great suggestions as to best maximize the space. Their customer service is excellent and the communication was always timely and on point. Our installer, Norman, was punctual, very neat and easy to work with as well. I love my closets and highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade and organize their space.

Wow, so sorry we did not do our closets years ago. They turned out beautiful. Our designer, Lori Feldman did a fabulous job, so knowledgeable and helpful. Also had a wall unit constructed, also turned out gorgeous. Strongly recommend you call Lori.

Hat’s off to Closet Factory! A well run company from start to finish. My designer, VERONICA L, did a wonderful job; taking measurements, designing and making suggestions to help complete a perfect closet and bookcase. NICK, installer arrived exactly on time, worked non-stop putting it all together. Made sure I was happy with everything before he left. I will be doing more projects with Closet Factory soon.

Carla the design consultant was phenomenal in assisting us with the design needed and Omil and Luis the installers are definitely the best in the business who provided a fantastic service by covering every detail to perfection.
