Closers Helped us implement a front to back transformation of our sales process that has massively increased our revenue. We are consistently closing at 40-50% and have tripled the price of our offerings in the process. They have given us fantastic advice and help to scale and improve both sales and account management. I am working with Closers.io for 3 months now. I can say that they have a good system and supporting you with every step on the process of building your business. At the end of the day it is your business and you have to do certain action steps to succeed. But I can say that you will find a form of support in this company. And they are helping many people do a similar thing so they are more realistic and have a good and established system maybe because of facing a lot of problems than the first time business builders face. Also want to mention my account manager Phil Hall, he helped a lot in building my business.

I joined their $15,000 program expecting hands-on support, including a dedicated sales closer to help grow my business. Within just two months, I was abruptly removed from all programs — with zero explanation and none of the promised services delivered.

From my experience, this felt more like a high-pressure sales funnel than a legitimate support system. Once the payment was made, the service and communication completely disappeared.

Matej Perisa, who was assigned as my account manager, showed no accountability or concern.

Nyree Chupp, one of their sales reps, promised support that never materialized and disappeared after I enrolled.

There are many talented professionals out there who work on a commission basis and actually provide results. Unfortunately, this program failed to deliver on its promises and turned out to be a costly mistake.

Please do your due diligence before enrolling. I strongly urge others to think twice before joining this program.

First: I actually paid a total of $7,000 — not $6,000.
(So I’m not sure which inaccurate team member of yours decided to pass along the wrong figure.)
By publicly misstating something as basic as the amount I paid, you’ve shown everyone exactly how “accurate” and “truthful” your statements really are. Sometimes, the truth reveals itself without me even having to try.

Anyways
You assigned me a sales closer (Adam Moutaouakil) for whom I spent $3,000 to generate appointments. Within just a few days, he completely disappeared. The result? Zero sales. Yet you still insisted I pay the full closer amount, despite the clear failure in delivery.

Second: Instead of resolving the matter, you removed all my access to the program. This shows a complete lack of empathy or understanding of a client’s situation. How can you speak about honesty and faith while taking such actions?

After taking $7,000 for your program, what have I received in return? Nothing of value. No results, no accountability, no program access, and no transparency. You removed my access to every single thing.

The moment you cut off my access, you didn’t just lose my respect — you exposed your true intentions.
I genuinely believed I was entitled to a $4,000 partial refund and filed a dispute in good faith.
Sure, the agreement might be worded in your favor… but that doesn’t magically make your actions honest.
(And yes, I’ve submitted my supporting evidence to Trustpilot so they can see exactly what really happened.)

Your reply here attempts to rewrite the reality of what happened. I stand by the documented facts and evidence I hold. If you are truly honest, answer this one question: What exactly did I receive after paying $7,000?

I truly love the support of the team! they are there to encourage you and make you better, but one person in particular makes this calls even better! Malik Fuentes is outstanding!! With little information he already knows where to take the information you need, great leadership and he fully understands how to make you Better, Fridays are my favorite call days because of him.

Cole's team has been absolutely fantastic. Due to everything I've learned we've been able to 3x our business from last year. We went from $30k/mo to over $300k/mo largely due to the knowledge we gained working with Closers.io

Had my first 1:1 with MJ after being on a few closer calls. The dude gets it. Threw me in the deep end with an immediate role play and made sure I was able to swim back to shore with help and guidance. The calls being recorded and having proper notes and structure is also extremely helpful. The Closer calls that happen weekly are already game changers, but the 1:1's take it to the next level.

The team at Closers has been great, I had heard good things about them before but I was still apprehensive about joining until I got on a call with Maleke. He showed me by example that they truely are experts, and I remember thinking to myself, man if I even had someone with half of Maleke's talent on my team, I would be crushing it. After that, I joined up, and the process started immediately. Phil Hall really stood out as the key to making all of this work for us. He's a top human and a real expert in his field. The company, and your account manager (mine is Phil) stand behind everything they say they'll do and are flexible to make sure it's working for YOU. During this process I have felt supported, heard, and felt like I made the right investment. Before this I had tried a lot of different cheaper avenues and wasted a lot of time and money on those "cheaper" avenues. If I found Phil and closers sooner I would have made far more in missed opportunity cost then I spent on their services. I highly recommend it for anyone who is looking to grow, and I recommend requesting Phil.
