It does the job I need it to.
I jumped from Toggl.com because it lacks a feature to group entries in such a way that could compare my different areas of life. That means Clockify allows for example to group by categories or tags.
A bonus is the description at project level and tasks under projects (beside just a comment/description what job is done at the time entry).
App on Android seems to work just fine, though with big limitations in functionality.
