Absolutely awful. I'm not sure how they can charge people for using this service. There are too many issues to list!!
I was determined to try and catch up on the Badminton XC this evening, having paid £22 for the privilege but sadly all i keep being told is 'Cannot play stream'. More like 'I'm going to scream'!
Absolutely infuriating. Also, to add, this isnt a problem with my device; i have logged in and out using three different devices and have tried watching various videos and have come accross the same problem every time. This is an appalling service. I would love to know where I can go to get a refund!!!!!

Paid for coverage of Badminton for the family. Video is jerky and jumps, and occasionally just stops completely. Recommended to change browser. Did so. Same issue. App on Samsung TV does not work, and all instructions in German. Raised an issue with their technical team - no reply many hours later. Appalling waste of time and money. Avoid this.

What a waste of time and money, unable to watch no more thanks a few minutes before streaming stopped - and even then the commentary was in German.
CLIPMYHORSE need to get their act together or I’ll be seeking a refund as they are clearly unable to deliver 😡

Went to Badmington 2025, got home excited to watch some of the stuff I missed and brought the pass, downloaded the app. Everytime I try to wind forward the videos (to miss out the 30 minutes + of interviews) it won’t, it pauses, or takes me back to the menu, or just stops indefinitely. You’re a big company, sort the one thing you are meant to do well… your app!

Awful for trying to watch Badminton, just keeps stopping and kicking you out. It's a poorly built piece of software, they need to do better

terrible - looking forward to watching the X-country today and experienced incessent buffering and logged out/in of laptop twice and still the same. I want my money back.

Absolutely terrible service. Obviously Badminton TV has sold out to a really cheap platform. Tried for 2 days to connect to the horse trials for my mother who is 89 and a keen follower. VERY confusing messages. NOTHING WORKS. Eventually logged in as myself and paid but service really bad. Refused to work today. Buffering all the time and takes you round in circles if you have to re log in. Tried to contact the email they say ‘supports’ and it didn’t exist.,Given how popular this event is you’d think TV might re consider ?

I wanted to subscribe to the Badminton Package, only the Premium seems to be highlighted to click on! Im not putting all my details in and then card details if I do not know what Im getting. Put Eventing back on TV but not BBC please.

Enable to watch this mornings dressage. I can hear the commenters but the picture is buffering. This totally spoils the coverage. This is on my iPad, but goes off when I try full screen. Badminton TV has been great for the last few years. I would like to mirror it to my TV, impossible. Have tried to connect straight from the TV. But it says it’s not available. Clip my horse. Rubbish. Less then 1star

I renewed my badminton tv subscription with clipmyhorse, however, logging in was a nightmare, keeps telling you you have to have the year subscription at £200+ They took my badminton subscription money weeks ago, the coverage is jumpy at best and couldn't watch more than a few horses in trot up before crashing and having to start again. Emailed and got a reply saying they had technical issues their end but the repeat of trot up was on a link to watch again. I and many others have paid to watch it live. The comments on Facebook were not positive in the least as lots of people were having same issues, comments were deleted and no response was given at the time. Screen won't go full size and freezes then jumps to next horse. They knew how many people would be logging in at the same time by the amount of subscriptions they had taken, absolutely disgraceful service and should compensate for lack of access to our accounts and a VERY POOR streaming experience. It's a shame they are the only service that are showing badminton, they need to sort things out before the dressage starts.

I purchased a Clipmyhorse membership so I could watch Badminton - I logged in today to watch the trot up and it said I had to purchase a season ticket or similar. I have paid, I can see I have an active membership online, yet still it does not let me. I don't appear to be alone with hundred of people complaining on social media. Sort your act out CMH.tv!

Paid for a Badminton Horse Trials Season Pass. Can't watch in full screen or HD despite paying for the pass. After about a minute get a message saying I can't watch any more without upgrading to a premium membership. What an absolute rip off.

If this is how ClipMyHorse covers a major event like Badminton Horse Trials I dread to think what they're like when covering smaller events.

Over £200 a year for the full service? Don't make me laugh.

I can log in and see that I have paid for Badminton TV but that's it. As with so many others, can't watch Badminton TV - constantly thrown out of the live feed and continuous attempts to sell the £239 package. Charlatans.

Paid my subscription to watch Badminton Horse Trials 2025, as have done previously with zero issues, however keeps dropping out now moved to clipmyhorse and asking me to log in. Also the screen is tiny and will not open properly. I will be requesting my money back as been completely conned. Thanks a lot Badminton and please go back to your far superior coverage. I had been looking forward to this for months and now ruined

Dreadful tried logging in this afternoon to watch the trot up and I get the same as a lot of other people keeps asking to log in again and not recognised. Also reads to me as I need to pay more than the £21.99 I have already paid to view any of it.

I've used CMH.tv for a while, as equestrian events aren't publicly shown in my country so online is the only option to watch. The service, for the last 3 or so years has always been poor. The website is clunky and not easy to navigate, and the worry I had in advance of Badminton Trials moving to CMH was warranted: issues from the get-go, locked out.
They're an impossible service to reach any day, and I can't imagine they'll reply to anyone now that such an issue is widespread. No public posts on confirming the issue or an ETA for resolution, no communication at all. Really pitiful. This will be the last year I pay them for any access, they need to overhaul their service.

Dreadful. As a Badminton TV subscriber I should have access to all Badminton but it keeps popping up with a register for premium at over 200 euros to watch!!! Fuming. Thanks a lot Badminton TV, taken my 20 pounds and I can't watch this years event!!! I will be cancelling.

I’m yet another person having issues ! Last year was so easy and straightforward and so far all I’m getting is your premium membership is restricted and it won’t let me watch anything . Looks like Badminton out the window ……raging !!

Trying to subscribe to watch Badminton horse trials. Absolute nightmare. Always easy with Badminton TV. Have contacted the customer service several times. Looks like I will only be able to watch the minimal coverage on BBC.

Great to be able to stream to watch the US 3DE Kentucky Event... not so handy that the free version had commentary in German...
