Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience from a company I had previously rated highly.
I have ordered from Cliphair before and have always been impressed with both the quality of the products and the efficiency of deliveries when handled by DPD. Unfortunately, this latest experience has been the complete opposite.
My parcel was sent via Evri and the tracking now falsely states that it has been delivered. I was working from home all day and can categorically confirm that no delivery was made. There is also no delivery photo or proof of delivery available. To make matters worse, I had specifically requested for the parcel to be delivered to my local collection shop, which also never happened.
When I contacted customer services by telephone, I was met by an abrupt and unhelpful representative who simply told me to send an email. No assistance was offered whatsoever. This left me wondering what the purpose of having a customer service phone line is if customers cannot receive support when there is a clear delivery issue.
The response I then received by email was equally disappointing, merely directing me back to Evri tracking despite the fact that the tracking information itself is inaccurate. As the retailer, Cliphair remains responsible for ensuring goods are delivered to the customer, yet there appears to be little urgency in resolving a situation where a parcel has apparently vanished.
What makes this even more frustrating is that these items were purchased for an upcoming hair appointment and were needed within a specific timeframe. I am now facing inconvenience and potential additional costs due to a delivery failure entirely outside of my control.
The products themselves may be excellent, but customer service and delivery support when something goes wrong are just as important. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Cliphair with confidence until they improve both their choice of courier and their handling of customer complaints.
I am still awaiting a satisfactory resolution and will gladly update and amend this review if Cliphair takes responsibility and resolves this matter promptly. However, until that happens, this review accurately reflects my experience as a customer

I have ordered from this company multiple times before, so I am very familiar with how the VAT process works. The VAT has always been paid upfront at checkout, and this order was no exception.
To my surprise, I have now received a notification demanding an additional €80 in VAT charges. This makes no sense, as these costs have already been paid.
I have contacted customer service for clarification and hope this is simply an administrative error, but it is frustrating to be confronted with unexpected charges after everything was already paid correctly.
I will edit this review once i get a respond.

Amazing. Great tangle free hair
Amazing company, very fast delivery ordered on the Monday received on the Tuesday on standard free delivery. The hair quality is great and the beads are really strong and secure. The only extensions I’ve had that don’t tangle like crazy. I use the Framar brush alongside. Going to purchase the cliphair shampoo and conditioner to go with. Will definitely use again.

Best hair match for ice blonde!
My first order was a wrap around pony which I absolutely love. My second order a few months later is a set of clip in extensions. The delivery is quick, the hair itself is thick and amazing quality but the best thing of all? My hair is ice blonde and I had to go through many companies, PLT, lullabellz, amazon, even cheap old shein but none of them could match my hair colour! Finding cliphair has been a dream! I wont use anyone else now!

Having reviewed your order, we can see that you purchased a Quad Weft, which is designed as a top-up piece to add extra volume and thickness to existing extensions or natural hair. Unlike our Double Drawn ranges, this product is not designed to maintain the same thickness from root to tip, as it contains naturally tapered human hair.
If you were looking for a fuller result throughout the entire length, one of our Double Drawn products may have been more suitable for your requirements.
If the hair has remained unworn and in its original condition, you may be eligible for a free return for either a refund or exchange.
