Great app.
Great app that promise to invest in sustainable company only. It is currently rare to find such thing in the UK. It is easy to use, and well explained. Customer service replies promptly in case of questions or issues as well.
The only thing is that it would be good to have a more diverse way of investing on top of the ISA.

The App is good and simple to use but 1 year returns disappointing
The App is good and simple to use. Currently disappointed with the returns as showing a 1 year decline of 2.5% vs. a FTSE 100 gain of 13.9%.
I am prepared to take the long view and accept a lower return for ethical Investing but will be checking out the performance of other ethical funds.

Hi Henry, Yes, you're definitely making a difference! In fact, you can find out precisely how much impact in CO2 saved and clean energy generated you've achieved so far - just check your impact in-app.
Really not worth having this
Really not worth having this, disappointed to no end.
Was hoping to see some sort of a stable yearly return which in time grows but am just a about breaking even.
Looking at energy and green companies stocks hike for the last few years this should have been a sure thing. Not expecting miracles just a decent return.

Disappointing so far
Update: Thanks for your response to my review. I did expect some ups and downs with this investment and intend to just leave my money there for a few years to see how it goes. I am not tempted to put any more money in though. I did study the previous performance before investing but the losses I am seeing so far are way in excess of any previous dips in performance. I originally invested £500 on 15th November and another £500 on 20th December. The current value of my investment is £888.35 which is showing as a time weighted loss of 12.41% in just over 2 months. I'm going to stop checking my investments performance for a while but is things carry on like this there won't be an opportunity for long term investment because the money will all be gone before a year is up.
I had some money I made from matched betting which I can easily afford to lose so I thought I would take a punt on the clim8 adventurous portfolio. I invested £1000 about 2 months ago and in those 2 months there has only been 2 days when my balance has been over £1K (and then only by pennies). The current value of my £1K investment is £970.61. It is great to know that my money is helping to invest in a greener future but from a financial point of view it is not looking very promising so far. Looking at the factsheet for this portfolio it looks like I chose to invest just as this portfolio hit it's worst performing period this year. Hopefully things will improve over the long term. I found actually depositing money to be quite a slow process. You have to make a payment to another company and then it appears in your clim8 account 2 or 3 days later.
