"Family Environment" where strangers and semi-strangers can't help but lean in and thrive!

I'm BIG on Family. I attended the COD Lion's Pride 'Make Your Own Luck" event -- it was my first, didn't know anyone and as excited as I was, I held some very serious anxieties and reservations...**NOTE: I'm big on 'Family' so trust and community is huge!

Day I observations...of the entire COD Team...beginning with the Founder and CEO to his Amazing Team...was that of a tight-knit 'Ohana (family)'!! The Core Team -- Founder and CEO R.R., Mindset Master JJ and Master Sales & 'Jedi-Ninja' at everything Sales, 'MVM'. Collectively, it was such a joy and mind-blowing to witness my own core values effortlessly displayed and embraced: Faith, Family & my role as a Mom, by people that I have no familial connections or attachments with.

They were Parents FIRST! Plus, they held respective roles --as a husband or wife – of absolute importance! I was impressed, immediately bought in and it was what I can cash in with. And even more amazing and impressive -- those same values showed up in how they treated their ENTIRE close-knit COD TEAM, and naturally across the entire COD Community! I felt at home…

As a budding entrepreneur and business woman, there is more that I can absolutely say, on the business side, about what Clients On Demand can do and how their system can most definitely, without a doubt, scale mine and any business because IT WORKS! The program literally cranks out millionaires – monthly!! And I am on my way & making my own success as well! And although that part of the Program is Bada$$, I really wanted to highlight what made COD stand out for me – their genuine approach to help their members; their desire to see our community succeed and their consistent efforts to invest in our success, e.g. the many, many weekly & monthly group and 1:1 trainings/coaching sessions held, various Challenges...and so much more!

I'm a Clinical Psychologist with a thriving Practice for the last 16+years. I came to COD with nothing except a strong love for helping people. No clients. No website. No email list. No experience running ads. No "funnel". Heck, I wasn't even on Facebook for 8 years and barely knew how to click the buttons to get around lol.

You get the idea.

So to be hitting $100,000 in my first year of having my funnel up and running as of TODAY( I'm meeting up with a client in a few hours to collect payment that will officially take me over the $100,000 mark) is very very emotional. ( Hold up . . .) Okay, I'm back.

Excellent program run by excellent people. From the top of the organization, to the coaches, and the support staff. They deliver what they promise, with precision, efficiency, and integrity. It sounded too good to be true when I watched the webinar, but they are the real deal. They give you all the best practices that it would otherwise take years to figure out.

Ever since I watched Russ’ webinar back in November of 2020, I began what I can only describe as a massive paradigm shift in my life. For almost a decade, I was teaching music professionally at one of the top schools in the country. It was a good job - my wife was able to stay at home with our kids, we had healthcare, pension, and more. But I was feeling over the last few years the tension of my work, my artistic passions, and my ability to provide for my family with no way forward outside this unique teaching position.

Everyone’s story is different, and mine certainly wasn’t one of overnight success. I had to take huge risks, make major life changes, dig into fears, learn whole new areas of business, marketing, and leadership that were foreign to me, and overcome a ton of challenges along the way. But if you want to talk numbers, here’s what’s going on with me:

In the first 12 months since joining COD, I had about $90K in enrollments, but with with ad spend, and cash collected, things were tight. Facebook made HUGE changes to ad targeting. Now this is the point where most people give up or say “screw this” and jump ship. But I was pumped! Why? Because looking back over the year, the system actually worked. No, I wasn’t exceeding my salary, and no, we didn’t have financial freedom yet, but people were genuinely responding to what I was offering. People responded well to my ad, he funnel worked, the webinar worked, the calls were coming in. Now it was time to build muscle.

Now in the last 6 months I’ve had major breakthrough. I increased my program price, doubled and sometimes tripled my ad spend, joined Lion’s Pride, attended the live April event, recommitted on a deeper level to my dream, and things started clicking.

June 2022 - $25K enrollments
July 2022 - $35K enrollments
August 2022 - $40K enrollments

I just hit $100K in 90 days!

After expenses, I just made more in the last 3 months than I was earning in salary for a YEAR working at my old job.

I now have vision for so much more in my business, so much more in my leadership, and so much more with my family, making music, and taking control over my finances and lifestyle.

I seriously can’t thank COD enough - they really are a world-class marketing team. The heart of the COD model is service. SERVICE! Think about that. And I’ve been able to serve my clients across the country while earning more money than I’ve ever earned before.

I joined COD intending to grow my business via help creating a webinar. But what I've found is a community. This community has marketing, tech, mindset, sales, support, encouragement, and coaching. It's like a town square with seven stores I can go to any time of the day and pick what I need and want. I don't remember my business life before COD. For example, it's like the first time I put on glasses. Of course, that's a corny example, but honestly, it's indescribable how I feel.

I 'stalked' them for at least a couple of years on line and via their podcast before I enrolled in August 2021. Honestly the COD name itself struck me as somewhat gimmicky, and I was a tad bit cynical about the seeming 'rah rah' energy on some of the podcasts. That said, their reviews were amazing AND I knew others whose judgment I highly regarded who gave great ratings to COD. Moreover, I saw evidence of not just one but many many many clients getting outstanding business results as a result of implementing the strategies they learned in COD. So, I jumped in with both feet and boy am I glad i did.
