Having used Click Transfers on a number of occasions before and have found the service to be totally satisfactory I was however disappointed on my last trip to Lanzarote.
On arrival at Arrecife airport I found the instructions for "on arrival" to be out of date in as much as the local operators was closed and had been for weeks and the local transfer company had been changed without my knowledge hence I had to make a number of telephone calls to ascertain updated information and establish the location of the revised local service supplier.within the airport.
In addition the transfer coach did not turn up at the appointed time for the return trip from resort back to the airport which resulted in me having to make three further calls to the local supplier. A coach did however arrive some 40 minutes later to complete the journey. This would have been a major cause for concern had we been located further away airport bearing in mind the strict check-in times.

Have used Click Transfers on a few trips, and the pick-ups have always been completed as arranged.

Used in Fuerteventura, simple booking and confirmation details, no problems on arrival at the airport, instructed to go to specific office with paperwork and private transfer arrived within 5 minutes. There was an issue with the return private transfer which was 30 minutes late but after a quick phone call to the local telephone number provided with the paperwork the private transfer arrived and we were soon on our way to the airport, otherwise it would have been 5 star and an excellent rating. I would use Clicktransfers again even though we had an issue with the return transfer.

We have been using the same transfer service from Tenerife South airport to Los Cristianos for many years but got tempted to try Click Transfers simply because of the cost. We were not disappointed! The booking process was easy, the service prompt and on time, and the drivers courteous. If there were any downsides, the minibus on the inward journey was a bit "ropey" - the door didn't shut properly, and although we were told at the airport that we would get a fax with the return transfer details, it didn't come and we had to call. But these are minor gripes. This was a great transfer arrangement for a great price. We will use again.

After many successful transfers by Click in Tenerife I booked a speedy transfer from Lanzarote Airport to Playa Blanca. This journey should take 45 minutes maximum. After great confusion as the bus driver did not have my name, we were put on a bus at 7.00 pm. Eventually we were deposited at 8.30 p.m. after a tour of Poerto del Carmen and about six stops!! I complained to the office using the phone number on the original booking and was told I'd be phoned back. I wasn' t for about three days and was told "someone" had not registered my booking. I was then informed we would be picked up at 3.15 for our return journey, although the plane wasn't leaving until 7.05 p.m. After saying this would not be suitable, a very nice girl in the office, called Laya, arranged a 4.00 pick up for ourselves alone. The journey to the airport took 25mins !! After this experience (I'm 83 and like to travel as quickly as possible from A to B ) I'm very disinclined to book with you again.

We have now had two transfers with Click Transfers and have another booked for our next holiday.
We can definitely recommend this company and look forward using their services again.

I was welcomed by the click transfers rep at Tenerife South airport and swiftly shown to his awaiting coach. The coach was very good quality and we soon arrived safely at my hotel. The coach turned up on time for the return journey to the airport and all in all it was a pleasant experience and will be using click transfers again.

Excellent transfer. Checked in at desk at Alicante airport and straight onto bus no waiting at all. We booked a speedy transfer and going to resort we were the only ones on bus, very quick service. Coming back picked up 3 other couples but again all smooth and very quick. would recommend and definitely use again.

It took a while to locate our pick up point at Barcelona Airport, but the actual transfer was quick and comfortable.

We have used Click transfers a few times now, they are so reliable and reasonable prices. Always on time.

My husband and I were blessed with a wonderful gift from our children to celebrate our Silver Anniversary in Fuerteventura. Our transportation from the airport to the hotel was waiting when we arrived. We were a little surprised though that the vehicles used for both transfers were mini buses, and there was only two of us. We found the drivers polite and very professional and were impressed by their service.
Our departure from the hotel to the airport was slightly delayed by 15 minutes due to the late arrival of the driver which would have been acceptable if we were able to get through to the office at 8:15am to confirm he was on his way.
Overall, we are happy with Clicktransfer's service and will recommend them.

This is the first time that I booked a transfer with yourselves. I used to use another company regularly but after bad service a few times I decided to change companies. My flight was 4 hours late to Tunisia. I was due to arrive at 5pm but didn't land until after 9pm. I was a bit worried that the transfer might not wait for me as I was soooooo late. But when I got out of the airport there was 2 lovely men still waiting for me !!!! They were very friendly and got me to my destination very safely. I will definitely we booking with you again !!!

Very good value , £38 return from Tenerife south airport to Los cristianos. Return journey was no problem they arrived when they said they would. We even had a whole bus to ourselves from the airport. Would use again.

Arrived in Malaga Airport, didn't even have to call at the desk, there was a gentleman waiting with our names on a card. Very helpful, very polite, he drove us to our apartments, carried the cases into reception and wished us a good holiday. On the return, he was already waiting for us when we left reception, again polite and helpful. I have used this Company several times and never have I had anything but courtesy, punctuality and friendliness from the drivers. Thanks Sonia and Stephen Knowles

I booked a return private transfer from airport to Holiday resort.

We were met at the airport on arrival and shown to our transport without a problem.

Despite beign a family of 4, we weren't squashed into a large family car or people carrier but had a 12 seater mini bus to ourselves.

Return journey booked without a problem the day before. Driver arrived bang on time and again with a 12 seater mini bus.

Cannot fault these transfers at all. First class pricing and service. Just what you need when heading on holiday. Hassle free transfers.

Would definitely recommend Clicktransfers and will use again ahead of more expensive competitors.
