After visiting two different doctors without any improvement in my son's condition, we were feeling quite concerned and uncertain. However, Darelene Veronique Valentyn went above and beyond to assist us. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine compassion made a significant difference in my son's recovery.

Thanks to her attentive care and guidance, my son finally began to improve, and for that, I am deeply thankful. He gained his weight back.It is truly reassuring to know that there are healthcare professionals who take such personal interest in the well-being of their patients.

I recently visited the Clicks at Randburg Square and had an excellent experience with pharmacist Bradley Moema. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, approachable, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns, answered every question thoroughly, and guided me patiently through all the options. His professionalism and care made what could have been a stressful visit completely easy and reassuring.

I had come here after feeling disappointed by another pharmacy upstairs, where I didn’t receive the attention or assistance I needed. Bradley completely turned that experience around, showing a level of service that is rare these days. It’s clear he cares about his customers and takes pride in helping them. I’m very grateful for his help and will definitely be returning here in the future. Highly recommended!

Despite numerous attempts to unsubscribe from unwanted Marketing and other notifications/reminders from Clicks (clicking unsubscribe on each message I receive and having nothing selecting in their Clicks Preference Centre), they continuously send me unwanted emails. Apparently the only way for me to not receive these is to cancel my account with them and to go to Dischem instead.

I had a great experience at Clicks The Bridge, I was looking for something and I didn't see it a guy named Arnold Landzela he's a Wellness Assistant helped and gave me the best customer service ever. He even called other clicks to find out if the things I wanted were available.

I had a wonderful experience at Clicks Clinic, Upington, Kalahari Mall, I got my vitals checked by nurse Thembi, absolutely exceptional service, thank you Clicks Clinic, thank you Nurse Thembi

Not the company but the service that was given to me and my sister. Theophyllus Thulani Simelane from Letlhabile Clicks , you have such a great humor & my sister and I know that there is no way we could leave without sharing a laughter with you , thanks .& the way you talk to your customers you make them feel at ease. Google reviews seem to have the same view. Clicks pls see to the feedback of clients regarding this terrible, ill-mannered woman who cannot even greet and gives the dirtiest looks I've ever experienced .

Horrible service at Clicks at Tiffany especially a staff member by the name of Zukisani.

No customer training whats so ever, you would talk to him and he wouldn't even respond....if he hates his job this much than why is he still there.

As we were approaching he was gossiping about a lady he just served that had a mixed racial child......making inappropriate comments. My husband had to call him to order!

If this is how your staff members are trained it's very concerning

I always receive Brilliant service with a smile at Clicks Benmore,Sandton.
The assistant manager assisted me with my exchange and went the extra mile to find my correct Optive Advance eyedrops.

It took them 3 weeks to get my delivery made, their online services is ghe worst, dont buy from there if you intend to get scammed, I haven’t even gotten back my money

I’ve been running around looking for the Zoie Health Woman Wonder at various Clicks stores like Rosebank, Bel Air Mall in Northriding and even Mall@55 in Centurion because the app showed those were the places i could find them. I was only able to get them at Mall of Africa and the staff was really helpful and also advised they tend to run low on stock, so it’s better to order them online.

I also suggested the lady tries the Woman Wonder supplements because they work WONDERS! I’ve been getting so many compliments about my skin glowing ever since i started using them. And my energy levels have improved too, so whoever’s contemplating, buy them sis! You’ll love it.

There is a very unfriendly lady there who was very arogant towards me i had called her to ask for assistance and she says to me "hai" and walks away . That was every disrespectful and i hope it gets brought to attention.

Since an update on the clicks website, I've been unable to log in. I don't get the smses and it is not in the sms blocked folder. I've already emailed 3-4 times with no or little response. Its been 2 weeks now and I've already made 3 purchases with another online retailer that probably would have gone to Clicks. I've even told them this but they must be making too much money because their complaints/helpdesk email address just doesn't bother.

I recently bought 3 appliances from Clicks on their Buy 3 get 40% discount sale. When I arrived home the things were stored in their boxes in the garage because we were moving to another town in 2 weeks. When unpacking at the new house I discovered that my red kettle had a scratch. I took it back to Clicks in the new town and they exchanged it 1, 2,3! Thank you Clicks. That's what I call CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. No hmm or ha - just pure service.

I recently visited Clicks Gateway to purchase some cosmetics, and I must say, I had a fantastic shopping experience. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find everything I needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations and ensuring I had everything I was looking for. Their customer service truly made my visit pleasant, and I left feeling satisfied with both my purchases and the overall experience. I will definitely return to Clicks Gateway for future shopping!

I went to Montclair Durban Clicks hoping I would finish early, to my surprise I stayed close to 30 minutes. I then drove to Clicks Bluff.

I hoping for the best but it was more or less the same yet Dischem is faster. Please improve your service.

The service there is amazing and quick I never have to wait long in line whenever I shop at Clicks, and they are always nice when it comes to helping customers.

Pretty sure some of the colognes they sell are dupes or aren’t authentic.
