I struggled for years finding one place to keep track of all my marketing metrics. They offer an outstanding interface with many features to keep me organized and on track with my campaigns.

When I started in the online world I was basically clueless. Clickmagick has been brilliant at answering all my questions in a timely manner, and always friendly no matter how basic my question was. I have been with them for over 18 months and decided to do some comparisons now I am well up to speed and I can genuinely say that their offering is the best value for money and most user friendly out of all the tracking systems I have looked at which led me to upgrading to the Pro Plan. I would highly recommend Clickmagick for anyone starting out as it made the learning curve easy when I thought it would be really tough. They have every stat I need and I feel at home with their friendly interface. The phone app is handy as well to check stats on the go. Highly recommend!

I signed up for a free trial of ClickMagick in 2023 and unfortunately didn’t realise that after the 14-day trial, I was being billed $99/month, with no notification that the trial had ended, and no monthly invoices or billing reminders at any point.

Over two years, I was charged more than $2,500 for a service I never used after the initial sign-up. There were no campaigns, no link tracking, no activity at all. When I finally discovered the charges, ClickMagick refunded only the last two months and stated that no further refund was possible, citing policy.

While they were polite in communication, I’m disappointed that a platform charging premium rates doesn’t notify users when a trial converts into a paid plan, nor send basic billing emails. It may be technically within policy, but from a user experience and transparency standpoint, it felt unfair, especially for a service that remained completely unused.

If you’re trying ClickMagick, be extremely cautious. Set calendar reminders and check your billing closely, because they won’t.

Had an issue with unattributed engagements and being quite new to the environment I wasn't confident in resolving it myself.

The support team responded almost instantly initially and continued to do so throughout the subsequent to-and-fro, resolving my issue very quickly.

What I really appreciated was that they used terms and explanations in line with my experience and knowledge and I got the feeling they were really invested in fixing my problem.
