The worst rental agency I have ever…

The worst rental agency I have ever dealt with.

From the very beginning, this agency showed a complete lack of professionalism. When we first rented the apartment, they gave us the wrong keys. Since this happened on a Friday, they made us wait the entire weekend without access to the apartment until they finally provided the correct keys. No apology, no solution, no sense of responsibility.

Things only got worse at the end of the lease. Our état des lieux de sortie was scheduled 10 days after we had already left the apartment, simply because they “had no earlier availability.” When we arrived for the appointment, we were shocked to find visitors touring the apartment at the same time. This means they allowed people to enter the apartment before officially completing the exit inspection with us.

This is even more unacceptable considering that the owner was supposed to move back into the apartment, meaning it should not have been listed for rent or shown to potential tenants at all.

Despite all this, both parties signed the état des lieux de sortie, which clearly states that the apartment was returned in good condition. And yet, the agency is now refusing to return our dépôt de garantie, with no valid justification.

This agency is disorganized, unprofessional, and dishonest. If you value your time, your money, and your peace of mind, avoid this agency at all costs.

Nous avons bien pris connaissance de votre message et souhaitons avant tout vous indiquer que nous comprenons parfaitement la situation que vous décrivez, ainsi que les contraintes et le stress qu’un départ de logement peut engendrer, en particulier lorsqu’il fait suite à un congé donné par le propriétaire.

Dès que vous nous avez informés de votre date de départ souhaitée, nos équipes ont cherché à s’adapter au mieux afin de tenir compte de votre situation personnelle, malgré des contraintes de planning sur cette période.
À ce titre, nous tenons à préciser que l’état des lieux de sortie était initialement programmé au 10 décembre 2025. À titre exceptionnel, et bien que cela ne corresponde pas à notre fonctionnement habituel, nous avons accepté que les clés soient restituées dès le 28 novembre 2025, précisément afin d’éviter toute facturation supplémentaire et dans une volonté d’être le plus conciliants possible.

Nous restons bien entendu à votre disposition si vous souhaitez une confirmation complémentaire.

Horrible agency

Horrible agency, liars, if you have any issue, they will put the blame on you and lie again and again.
Your issue in your flat will never be fixed, instead it will be worst! Absolutely inefficient

Dear Sir,
We sincerely regret your dissatisfaction and would like to clarify the handling of your case:
- April 28, 2025: Your issue was reported and forwarded to the owner the same day.
- May 2, 5, and 14: Follow-ups were made to obtain the necessary information to understand the problem and appoint an appropriate contractor.
- May 16: Request for photos/videos sent, with no response from you until June 12.
- June 12: Direct exchange with you.
- July 28: Intervention by the contractor following the shower hose rupture, after which the case was closed.
It was only on September 3 that you contacted us again to report new issues (reduced water flow, unstable temperature, hose difficult to store). At this stage:
- A supplementary quote was obtained;
- Other contractors contacted were unable to intervene due to lack of access or response.
We remind you that, as the tenant, you are the only one able to provide access to the contractors for a full diagnosis and to allow a definitive solution in agreement with the owner.
Additionally, a goodwill gesture has already been granted for the inconvenience suffered. We therefore invite you to promptly schedule a date with the contractor to move the case forward.

A lot of friction for little added value

After contacting the agency through seloger.com while sharing my "dossier facile" containing all my verified information, I was contacted via sms.

I then had to go to the "click and rent" website, was forced to watch a lengthy video with information I already knew and to do a virtual visit I already did. I was then asked for information I already shared.

Putting tons of friction on the renters to make sure they are motivated to rent while nudging them to not even visit before renting is not a great concept.
