Non existent customer service when scammed

Sent this company (DMV COMMUNICATIONS) an email before Xmas about my issues with UK Talk and I have been fully ignored. In short UK Talk decided to extend my phone contract by 2 years with no proof, back tracked when I caught them out, and still wanted me to pay the cancellation fee when I wanted to leave.

A truly awful experience

I had a similar experience to previous reviewers. I had a call from an Asian call centre. I had difficulty understanding the man and had to repeatedly ask him to repeat himself. He claimed to be from O2 but was acting on behalf of DMV. This is fraudulent!!! He told me that my contract was up for renewal and I fell for it. when the new SIM arrived it arrived in a handwritten envelope There was nothing else in the envelope!!! Once the SIM was activated the service was virtually non-existent at my house. I had to walk up the hill at the back of my house to make calls and check my voicemails. I'm good at complaining; I went to the Communications Ombudsman. It took 5 months but I now have good service at my house and have had compensation from O2 and DMV but in no way does this cover the hassle I've had with both of them. I know I have lost new business from the lack of service at my house. Once this contract ends I shall be taking my business elsewhere.

Beware of this company

Beware of this company, they phoned me up and fraudulently said they were calling from o2 and my contract was up for renewal, I had no reason to doubt them and went ahead, I didn’t even realise for the first 2 months it had happened, but o2 hand all your personal details and phone number out to companies like this I’ve since been informed, I’m currently dealing with ofcom to sort it all out but they have basically hijacked my o2 account I’ve had set up for 20 odd years completely without my knowledge, still can’t believe it happened, and it surely can’t just be me that has had this issue?
