Excellent customer service

I ordered these for my son for xmas. There initially was a problem with delivery and it took a little longer than expected but the customer service was outstanding. Thye couldn't do enough to rectify the problem.

I ordered and paid for a set of blocs…

I ordered and paid for a set of blocs but the courier let me down at this end (either delivered to another address or something else)! I contacted the company who then gave me 5 star service. They took up my complaint with the couriers (EVRI) and then sent me a replacement order. Very professional and courteous throughout the whole transaction. Would definitely recommend

Accidently entered the wrong delivery…

Accidently entered the wrong delivery address when ordering and they managed to rectify it the next morning before the package got sent lut

Dissapointed

Took, 3 weeks to arrive. When they did they are absolutely not worth the money I paid. Bought a legendary pack and an elite pack, which didn’t even come in any sort of box. Wouldn’t recommend for the price at all.

Regarding the products, the Legendary Pack includes the full storage box shown on our website, while the Elite Pack arrives in protective packaging rather than a presentation box. The exact contents and packaging for each pack are listed online so customers can see what to expect before ordering, but we understand if this wasn’t as clear as it should have been for you.

Fabulous gift idea

These are great, my grandson is going to love them. This will get him off the screen, especially now with the Under 16 restrictions. Had a slight issue and customer service was onto it straightaway, I'm so very pleased with the outcome, I feel they went above and beyond. Will definitely be buying more for his birthday next year

Ordered these for a Christmas present for my 5 year old. Although they haven’t been played with yet, I know they will be a favourite! Great idea for those that like Minecraft and building.

Be careful how much you pay

I bought a delux box set (the large set in a box) and an underwater add on. They were discounted in a Black Friday sale and I paid around £50. They took around 10 days to arrive. The sets are nicely presented but so much smaller than I thought. I see they are now heavily discounted and I could have paid half of what I did pay. I don't feel the sets are worth the money I paid to be honest so my advice would be, check the cost and measurements.

Great Christmas Present

Click box was very helpful .

Click box was very helpful when I e-mailed over a misunderstanding. I had ordered the pro box thinking from the picture in the advert it was a lot bigger should of read the write up first of the different pack sizes.

I ordered my first click blocks for a…

I ordered my first click blocks for a gift this Christmas. When the package arrived, it was damaged and unusable. I emailed Click-blocks right away. The responded quickly and sent out a new package immediately. I have been extremely impressed by the customer service given. Would recommend purchasing from them. The click blocks are an excellent toy and gift, just unfortunate mine were damaged on arrival.

Great Customer Service.

I had to get in touch with the customer service team and they were so helpful and kind as well as so quick to help. I was so surprised with the high level of customer service.
As for the blocks - my son was so happy! I will have to order more!!

MISLEADING- SCAM ALERT- PLEASE DO NOT BUY

Should be called CLICK BAIT! This company misadvertises. Blocks came in a zip lock bag. Don't be fooled by the hight TRUST PILOT rating. Unfortunately it wasn't until I received this product that I found these one star reviews, many of which say the same thing. No storage box and blocks smaller than advertised. Request made to refund but company just told me that storage box was only with the legendary pack and offered no further information about how I could return the item. They will probably respond to this with the same blanket response that they have given to other customers on here. DO NOT BUY FROM CLICK BLOCKS. SCAM!!!

They eventually responded to my second email which seems exactly the same as other 1 starters pilot users. They are well versed in this obviously. Not a satisfactory experience. Please do not spend your well earned money with these crooks from China.

We can assist you with a return, however, it would have to come to our warehouse in China. As per our return policy, please return your items to the address below:

Please note that shipping costs may be high due to the weight of the package & distance, and they’re the responsibility of the customer, but I spoke to the head of our Customer Relations team earlier and we came up with a few options that might be more beneficial for you.

We’re happy to let you keep the item (maybe it comes in handy one day, maybe it can be gifted), in order to help you avoid paying the hefty shipping fees, and we’ll still instantly refund you 20% of what you paid. That may end up being a little more than what you’d be left with if you were to pay a return fee, so I really think this would be a lot cheaper.

I’m trying to make sure I don’t let you go with the least beneficial option for you, which in this case would be the return. Please let me know if you would like to take advantage of this offer.
