Great service …

I had a query as didn’t know if the free gift which was advertised with the legendary pack was included .
Customer Services were prompt in dealing with my enquiry and assured me it was.
Looking forward to giving these blocks to my grandson for Christmas and playing with them myself 🤣😊

Really poor

Really poor. Item packaged terribly with explanation that this is because it lacks a storage box. Delivery was extremely delayed but this is not I appreciate the fault of the manufacturer. The misleading advertising however is at the fault of the company

Do not buy

Do not buy. Poor quality, packaging and not worth half the price. Extremely poor misleading and dishonest advertising.
Do not rely on offer to return for full refund if not satisfied as this will cost you more to return to china than original price. Will offer poor percentage refund and may offer a so called starter pack free as apparent goodwill gesture with request for 5 star positive review which I assume accounts for the positive reviews received.
Total waste of money

This company is a scam from China!

This company is a scam! It took over 2 weeks for my order to arrive. It bears no resemblance to the photos/videos shown on line. I received 35 very small cubes, which fit in the palm of my hand - not the 150 shown on line. Also, there was no background material as shown in the adverts. I am not sure these magnetic cubes even meet UK standards and are safe. I will certainly not be giving them to my grandchild. The company is based in China so return is impossible or extremely expensive. There are hundreds of positive reviews on line but if you put on an angry emoji you will see how many people have actually been scammed. These are then hidden. Be warned!!

The kids absolutely love these blocks

The kids absolutely love these blocks. We ordered a second set after the first one was such a hit. Unfortunately, one of the second set was damaged. This was quickly resolved by emailing Click blocks. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Can’t praise this you and company…

Can’t praise this you and company enough, amazing blocks that keeps my 6yo entertained, and costumer service is very helpful, the order takes a couple of weeks to arrive but that’s due to it coming from outside of England. Thank you again

Order the blocks off Amazon instead

Dont use this company. After waiting two weeks for my order to arrive (and missing my sons birthday) I was shocked to find the smallest package in my letter box. For £19.95 The "Pro Pack" comes with just 35 blocks. Thats not enough to build anything with and certainly doesn't reflect what's in the pictures on their website. After asking for a refund, I was informed that Id have to pay for the return to China which was likely to cost more than the what i paid so I was offered 20% back instead. My son still wanted some blocks so I gave up and ordered 150 blocks off Amazon for the same price. Id recommend others do the same

Avoid buying from the company

Avoid buying from the company. The advertising is misleading and customer services is a joke. My parcel took ages to arrive, then turned up in a plastic bag, rather than the box shown in all the adverts. The product looks cheap and unfit to be given as a gift. I tried to contact customer services but I suspect it's a robot on the other end of the email as they only message in the middle of the night and repeatedly ask for the same information I have already given them e.g order number and reason for return. They are making it impossible to arrange a return.

Really good service, customer services is next level and super helpful and polite. My order came very quickly even with the mad Christmas rush and the blocks look very good quality, I can’t wait for my son to open his! Thank you!

So disappointed

So disappointed! I have now been waiting almost 3 weeks on a gift for my nephew....still no sign of it. Ordered 27th Nov.

I did expect more click blocks (ordered for my Great Grandson for Christmas) so upon receipt was disappointed. However, after letting the company know I was happy with their clear and understanding response giving me full information. Looking forward to receiving more of this product and the smile on my Great Grandson’s face on Christmas Day.
