Not worth the 1 star although they do eventually answer a queerie as to where the item is located and then give you all the necessary chatter about the product....I have been waiting since January for rings and although they have promised that they will get here....10 months in and still no originil rings plus and extra that was promised as a sweetener...would never entertain this company again and would never in a month of Sundays recommend them to my worse enemy....

Worst company ever!
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am still waiting for my order from January 2020. Their customer service and follow-up is terrible. They took the money off my credit card, yet I have never received my order.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!! DO NOT ORDER!…
I placed my first order with Cleverclad back on December 12, 2019 and a second much larger order in May! It is now July 18, 2020 and I have not received either orders! Each time I’ve contacted them they’ve apologized and said they would resend the orders! I just emailed them again! I doubt I’ll ever receive either order! I hope I will get my money back at least! Save your money! DO NOT ORDER FROM CLEVERCLAD!
