Saw adverts for this company amongst others on trading sites. Looked at all reviews of the product and the company, all positive.
Tracking info was good up till 10 March, contacted customer service and got a reply from Maddy. She was prompt in replying, informed and polite got a follow up yesterday to say parcel completed customs, it arrived today.
Can’t fault Maddy’s customer relations skills

Although the device has not worked for me, the customer service I received from Coney was fantastic. She has been extremely helpful and I've received a refund as asked for.

The company was having a small product issue and it was taking a while to trace the glitch. My only contact was a customer service rep named (Coney). AS many know, this department can make or break a business's reputation. Well, I'm hear here to tell you if all their reps are at the same level of competency a Coney they're very fortunate and in great shape to deal with any concerns in the future. I asked to write this and in no way was I influenced. Cheers to Cleriva!

I've had some difficulty with my device charging so contacted the support team, I spoke with Coney who I kept in regular contact with as I wanted to monitor my device for a few days but still found it wasn't holding charge, I want to keep using the novaflow as I have seen the benefits after only a few uses (my partner has noticed I've not been snoring which he's happy about 😂) Coney was a great help in supporting me with my issue and has arranged for a new device to be sent to me so I can continue to feel the benefits, I was very impressed by how quickly my emails were responded to which gave me confidence in the company.

While the equipment was of good quality, after trying for several weeks I found it did not work for my situation. I was extremely impressed with customer service when I requested a refund. The response was quick, efficient and pleasant. Should have my refund in a couple of days. Thank you Cleriva.

I haven't used the product but I'm impressed by the customer service department. I ordered Nova Flow because I've had chronic nasal congestion for past 40 years and I'm addicted to using fast acting nasal spray. I know it's bad for me but I really like being able to breathe through my nose. I use it 6-9 times a day. I'll try anything to get off this rebound Rollercoaster to constant congestion. I've scheduled a septoplasty with turbinate reduction and my ENT wants me off everything before surgery. Nova Flow customer service was very kind and sincere in accommodating my recent order request. I don't know if the product works or not but I appreciate the professionalism they've shown me thus far.

The delivery was left in the wrong place and I couldn't find the package. Cleriva immediately refunded me then a neighbour found the package, but Cleriva still refunded me. That's amazing customer relations!

After 11 years of chronic sinus infections due to an immune deficiency, countless doctors, tests, and medicines, my ENT just told me that my sinuses look the “calmest” he’s seen them. The change? This product. I have been using it daily for about 6 weeks. My husband rarely notices my snoring. I can breathe so much clearer. My sinuses are still far from perfect but I am a believer and so thankful I tried it!

I bought 2 items in error and I was dreading and putting off contacting Cleriva to ask for a refund because I thought it would be such a hassle but instead the response I got was amazing! They replied straight away to my email. They offered me an immediate refund with no further questions and even without the need to return the original items. Just brilliant! The customer service is top notch. No questions asked return policy. Refund was immediately issued after I sent an email requesting it. It's not often that you get customer service like this and it's obvious this company takes it's customers satisfaction very serious.

I did my research and discovered that their product was the best choice for nasal light therapy. I'm very happy with it. It's a soothing, healing, spa-like treatment for my nasal passages.
