Has potential, but don't waste your time, for now.

They have a decent product, Performance Dashboards. It has a lot of potential, but it severely under-delivers on it's promises in it's current form. The staff that provides training and support is also not great. At least, the few people that we worked with seemed disinterested in helping us make the solution useful. Overall, we like what was shown in the demo, but we're 6 months into this project with nothing to show for it. We may move on to a different vendor if this doesn't get buttoned up soon. Hopefully others will have a better experience.
