I cannot express fully how these guys helped me... Becca and Will were so supported by circumstance and were more than willing to help me... They kept me up to date all the way and listened. I cannot tell anyone enough...just how hard it is to be on your own with physical disabilities... They put my mind at ease from first contact...and put my mind at ease when ... To be brutally honest.. nobody else did... I only had three things to be picked up... I had no means to do it by myself... Nobody else was interested at all. I just want to thank Becca & Will for how much they made me feel like I meant something. I highly recommend these guys...and won't even look elsewhere if I need something done in future. Thank you Clearout Group for the most excellent & gold-plated service provided! Becca & William were super-helpful in clearing lots of items for me. It wasn’t an either job either (including lots of heavy, unwieldy & spiky plants from the garden - & a mattress & a heavy TV that needed bringing down through a narrow loft hatch). They tacked it all swiftly, carefully, efficiently & cheerfully. The communications with Becca & the team from beginning to end were excellent - all my qs were responded to politely, speedily & helpfully. The price was also incredibly fair. I have used the Clearout Group twice now and they provided a great service.
Arrived on time, staff were polite and friendly and reasonably priced. They also fitted in both appointments at short notice and adjusted their calendar to accommodate. Left the area clean before taking away the items/furniture removed. I would not hesitate in using them again!

Clearout group were amazing! At a difficult time clearing my fathers home after he went to a nursing home, they managed to take away a lot of stress as well as clearing the house. I was kept updated all the way through and the guys who came to collect the furniture were lovely. Would recommend Clearout Group to anyone needing clearance job carried out.

I needed debris removed asap from my garden. Rocks, small stones, dirt, broken cement. It was too much volume wise for me to take to my local skip and would have taken too many trips there. I rang clear out group and they were able to remove it that very day. It was a huge relief when they arrived and within an hour all was removed in the back of their van and area made clear and tidy again once more. I would definitely use them again without a doubt.

A collection was booked for 0800 but the company did not turn up, and did not answer phone calls. Eventually they called me about noon and re-booked for 1600 same day, but then phoned at 1545 to cancel. They rebooked for 0800 the following morning, and again did not turn up and did not answer phone calls.

Steve and Alex were a fantastic team. They provided a clear quote. They were highly efficient workers. I thought they were polite and friendly too.
I would highly recommend their professional work.

Will and Stephen are a great team. As part of a house move I had to get rid of a large quantity of junk from a shed and garage. They were very efficient and friendly and even swept up after themselves. I highly recommend them.

I must say clear out group are super reliable, nothing was too much. My partner was very impressed of such fantastic customer service at short notice. I do read all reviews before we use any local services. However, there is always one negative review. Following on from reading the reviews we decided to use this company.. we are so glad we went ahead, we would most definitely use these guys again.. thanks Stephen and will your great!!! Hi, I was in urgent need of clearing my garage of years of accumulated junk.
These guys were really good. They were on time, efficient, took instructions very professionally and there was no hassle whatsoever. Highly recommended.

This is the second time that I've called Will and Stephen to clear out stuff from my house because I was so impressed the first time. I'm moving house and downsizing, so a lot of stuff had to go. They are friendly, reliable, and thorough. They really do go the extra mile even offering to mop the floor before leaving, which only had a little dust on it. Flawless service; they get the job done.

I helped you guys with Facebook and helped to get customers and you always spoke about deals etc- and when the van was reversed into my house twice there was no sorry or anything- I wish I could screen shot the messages- as for the older guy Stephen won’t deny he’s lovely but will is the younger guy who thinks he’s bit of jack the lad and rude and clearly thinks he’s the sole owner!

When I explained about leaving money in the garden my mother inlaw died the night before so the last thing I want to think about is a payment- so I said I would leave money in the garden as I already told you from the get go sometimes it would be money and there was no problem from the start!

Unprofessional in every sense, maybe Stephen should move solo doesn’t mean because you own a Business doesn’t give you the right to be cocky- oh and to mention coming to my house with no warning at 7am in my garden setting my dogs out is also unprofessional as that is not a reasonable time. We can sit here all day back and fourth you are unprofessional will and you have a lot to learn in the customer service department.
