Booked a waste clearance with an agreed lunchtime arrival, but they came around 6pm after we had moved out. As no one was present, personal belongings were removed and disposed of without confirmation, including a box containing family items. This was avoidable if the agreed timing had been followed. Communication and reliability were not satisfactory in my experience.

The guys were really friendly and professional. It was well priced for the job at hand. Would use again.

What a great company! John was very quick to give a competitive price for the clearance of unwanted furniture and was able to arrange collection the same day. Stephen and Nzi arrived well within the time frame and were incredibly friendly and professional, Thanks so much, lads!

John was a pleasure to communicate with about the job requested and transparent about pricing. Job was accepted for fixed price and work done to a good standard. No issues with work done on the day. What has let the company down was one member of the team calling (not John) nearing at the end of the job requesting more money for the work. This was a fixed price job quoted with all evidence requested at the time. This member of staff accused us of misinformation about the details of the job despite all information being extremely clear and agreed about beforehand. There had been no queries at the start on the job or during. The call was unprofessional and alarming. The invoice in the end was for the original agreed amount and John was apologetic for our experience. If it wasn’t for the unexpected and unprofessional call, this review would have been 5 star.

I couldn’t recommend John and the team highly enough. Quick communication and really helpful. The waste was collected on the day I wanted and also the guy who came to collect it was so polite and helpful. Good price too. I’d certainly use them again.
