I decided to give Clearminds a try after reading up on Hypnosis. They had the best reviews. I have been very happy with them, I really like the sessions and fall asleep on a fouth way through. Very relaxing. I had issues with my phone twice and they got right on it both times. Highly recommend.

I have been using their sessions for around 3 years now, I find hypnosis works well for me so I turn to these sessions when I feel I need a bit of help. Various ones have worked wonders. I would recommend 100%, you need to have an open mind and be consistent but has helped me so much. Customer service is fantastic too!

We did it Clearminds!
I've tried everything to stop smoking. One time, I quit for 5 months. My mother had stopped by using hypnotherapy. I ordered Stop Smoking Sleep edition. To this day, I don't know what the sessions say because I fell asleep during the intro. Quit 8/8/23--2 years tomorrow! Thank you Clearminds! We did it. I am working on weightloss now. I have the Gastric Band series. I haven't done the whole program yet, I listen to components of it for Drinking more water, binge eating, increasing excercise, etc. I have lost 53 lbs in 6 months. I need to lose another 50 lbs. I will continue with the sessions. They have helped me in my journey to lose weight and get healthy.

Need the right person on the other end of the earphones
I found out in the beginning, that a lot of the hypnosis working fir me was down to if the voice was suitable. Unfortunately I only realised this on my 4th or 5th purchase which was the first one by Catherine and it worked for me. I just can't relax with the other voice either on headphones or not. Sadly one was the gastric band and I had high hopes for this. I though all was lost i was 5 stone overweight !! The one that really helps me is the extreme weightloss overeating aversion therapy. I have lost 2 stone 9lb and can't believe what I don't eat anymore, I have no interest in what I thought I would never give up, my all butter shortbread and not just a little piece at a time, but now I don't have any and I don't look for it or expect it and I recognise when I'm getting full up. I thank clear minds for giving me my life back and for giving me HOPE! With all my thanks Ali

Binge eating sleep edition
After using the Binge Eating and Overeating sleep editions for over 3 months I have not noticed any change. I still am a compulsive/binge overeater and there has not been any noticeable difference. Im truly sorry it has not helped me but I don't see why it couldn't help someone else.

Made absolutely no difference to me
The alcohol aversion sleep session made absolutely no difference to me, despite listening to it every night. It is a soothing listen and usually sends me to sleep, but has not achieved what it says on the tin.

Never slept so well as I do now
Since using the sessions I've not benefitted from the subject I bought it for, but I've given it 5 stars as I've not had one sleepless night since listening.. Prior to the sessions I'd be awake practically all night, now I don't even get as far as the subject matter in the recording. Obviously with sleeping well, I feel a lot more energised in the mornings.

So far so good
So far, I have not been craving snacks in between meals near as much. I listen to the recording every night but seem to always fall asleep before it ends. It is very soothing, and I presume the subliminal messages work while I'm asleep.

Try it...you have got nothing to lose and everything to gain
Using the hypnotherapy sessions I have learnt to control my drinking habit .I have lost weight too and now make healthier food choices. My blood tests and blood pressure are all back to normal.
