Garbage company with no customer service

Clearly sent me the wrong prescription even though I used their reorder function. When I contacted customer service via email I got a vague AI slop response, and then my emails started getting a “we no longer monitor our customer service mail box, please email us!” message. Complete lack of accountability. Do not order from them unless you’re prepared to lose money.

I reached out by email about my invoice…

I reached out by email about my invoice on the posted email address customerservice at clearly.ca but it came back rejected. Saying this email is not monitored. In that email you direct me to the contact us page, which is that same email. I get a 2nd message. You need to fix this

And then when I was on chat I was connected but dropped suddenly by you twice. Third time I finally got serviced.

Happy with my purchase

Edit: The screws just needed a little tighting and from there I was able to adjust my new glasses safely. They're perfect now. Thank you! My family will be ordering again.

The arms make me a little nervous because they feel a bit loose. Not sure if it's just the frames. They are a little bigger than the try on feature on the website showed but they are very pretty frames and exactly the colours I wanted. Other than the arms they feel well made and sturdy. The lenses are absolutely perfect so far, mind you I've only had them several hours but I'm very happy. They came a day early, I was pleasantly surprised when they over night shipped. After a terrible experience with customer service yesterday when all I wanted was an update and I was met with refusal to speak to me like a person, this really did make up for it. Thank you for the beautiful glasses. I'm excited for the other pair I ordered. I will order my daughter's from here in a few months too if my other ones have no issues as well.

This used to be a great company

Edit: I see I’ve received the same copy and paste reply as everyone else that’s left a negative review. Have the time to try and save face on the review but still not a single call or follow up email. They aren’t trying to fix anything, don’t be fooled
This used to be a great company, have used them for years. Last order was shipped incorrectly, phoned immediately to correct and was promised it was fixed, only to have an email the next day saying it was being shipped to the wrong address. Days of calls with no return calls from supervisors when promised, still no lenses coming. No customer service just a lot of gaslighting and empty promises. This company has lost my future business

Generally excellent experience

Was easy to order and fulfilled and delivered quickly. Lots of options. Would be helpful to have filters for Basal Curve to identify which contact lenses are an appropriate fit.

The nose pad broke on the first…

The nose pad broke on the first adjustment. After many many failed attempts to contact you i gave up.
It is a shame because they are actualy good lenses.
And i did not even expect any refund or anything like that. I just wanted to see if i can get new frames fast. 10 days delivery for frames only is mot acceptable.
First time and the last time we bought glasses online.
The other online retailers can thank you for tje list business.

My mistake and Clearly made it right.

We have been purchasing glasses through Clearly for several years and have always been impressed with their service, prices and selection. I made an error when I inputted my prescription and Clearly gave a full return on the glasses. The error was mine but they accepted the return, amazing.
