worst communication I've ever had to deal with, I've sent a dozen or so messages that my crackers didn't have popping stripes. no one answers, I've lost money and fun for my family. a disaster

Not a chance these are genuine Swarovski crystals.

Returned my poor quality crackers, emailed several times and no response and no refund.

I’m now £50 out of pocket and being ignored.

I have ordered at the end of December and according to tracking record my order was delivered on 7th January but I'm still waiting for order to be delivered.
I cannot find phone number to contact them so I have sent 2 messages via the contact us form and sent an email in past 8 days.
I have had no response so far.

Purchased some for 2 years running, everyone loved them as a special add-on for Christmas. I ordered two more boxes just after Christmas and was told that they were being delivered on 4th January. Then said that they would be late by Amazon delivery. Anyway in the afternoon after two attempts at delivery which never happened, Amazon told me that they'd been rejected by me and sent back to seller. Even though they didn't turn up.

Item was to be delivered within two days by 30th December. It arrived 9 days later So I was unable to use the item.

Poor Customer Service invalid tracking number forwarded and no response to my email enquiries. Company only dispatched the item out after a dispute was sent via to them.

Prompt and safe delivery. Contents great.

I have bought them for all my granddaughters they have all loved them which is a positive as it gets harder the older they get. They were ordered and delivered without a hitch which is a positive in my books.

Love the advent calendar but a shame the contents are almost the same as last year's .

Item never arrived, I sent 2 emails and had no response.

I placed the order on 27th December.
I paid for Amazon Next Day delivery.
It is now 6th Jan and I haven't received my order.
I understand it's the holiday season etc and wouldn't expect it the next day, but couriers have been working and delivering in this period.
I have emailed several times and had no response, though funnily enough I received a request to review, so I am leaving this review in the hope that someone can respond with an update to my order.
