Production was a head of time. Don’t get me wrong, I would have loved them even sooner, but I can’t complain. The product is beautiful, my wife loves them. I couldn’t be happier with the products we have received from clean origin.

My wife and her friends say this diamond ring is so beautiful that they hope to know the store.
She likes it and thank you to me.

Beautiful ring. They directed me to the best stone for the money, and I was grateful. It was a very good experience, and I am happy I worked with them. I will more than likely go back for future purchases.

Creating and ordering the ring was easy with ample descriptive information. There are a variety of ring setting designs available with a great mix of styles. Prices were very competitive. I feel like I got a lot of ring for the price!

Fast delivery and the bracelet surpassed all expectations! Beautiful piece of jewelry.

The diamonds sparkle and are absolutely beautiful! I will continue to buy all of my diamond jewelry from Clean Origin. The staff that I've worked with, online and in the store are down to earth and very kind. Lab diamonds are identical to natural diamonds so why would I pay more for the exact same thing? It's mind boggling to me that many people still do and it's also wonderful to know that my diamonds are ethically sourced. They are perfect in every way.

Pretty ring, not as sparkly as I had hoped especially for the money I paid.

Very nice people in customer service. I was concerned that I got a bigger diamond than I’d paid for by mistake and contacted via chat. I was assured that this was intentional due to the stone I purchased no longer being available to ship.
The diamond is beautiful and I am anxiously awaiting the jeweler to complete setting it in my engagement ring so I can view the beauty of it everyday.

My fiancé proposed to me with this ring and I couldn’t be more happy. The clarity, the style and the shine. It’s amazing!

I really wish this company was better because I love the the concept of lab grown diamonds. I bought a 3 karat diamond in 2020 and it is beautiful. I highly recommend their solitary diamonds. They are 100% real. DO NOT buy their jewelry, the settings are weak and are not warrantied. Since new ownership customer service is abysmal. Six months after sending (and paying for) my ring into them because it seemed loose, it completely fell out. Thankfully I found it. I sent it in again for repair, they took forever, and offered no explanation or assurances that it won't happen again. They said to buy insurance on it. Insane solution. Buy their single diamonds, do not buy their jewelry, its worse than the cheapest Amazon costume jewelry.
I've had 4 diamonds fall out of an engagement ring that is 2 years old. This ring is meticulously taken care of. I paid $50.00 to send this ring back to Clean Origin for their "lifetime" warranty. They are refusing to even look at it because THEIR wedding band is soldered to THEIR engagement ring, as if this isn't a common thing to do and 1000's of other brands and manufacturers have their bands and rings soldered together without issue.
I spoke to the supposed director of customer service who had no intention of doing anything with this from the start. Complete waste of time and money.
If you're looking for a lifetime product which an engagement ring and set should be, especially given the price paid you need to look somewhere else.
Clean origin does not stand behind their products in any way shape or form.
Regarding Clean Origins response below. You should include that soldering rings, which is more common than not will void your sham of a lifetime warranty.
You know full well that on this halo engagement ring the soldered area is no where near the area where the diamonds have fallen out. This ring will be fully inspected by an actual reputable jeweler upon it's return. I will post those results as a testament to your actual craftsmanship.

poor management . Especially Liberty Garber the store manager ( she kept saying she was in charge and gave us her card) horrible professionalism and need training st her job because she lacks customer service. Also the promotions change so frequently that my fiancee and I miss them almost every time. Even though we check for them every month like we were told to by a another employee.
save your money and time . these kids don’t know anything about this industry
I was concerned about buying a diamond online but I'm recommending Clean Origin to everyone I can. Not only do they have a deep selection of beautiful diamonds, the price is unbeatable and their advisors make exchanges, returns, and finding the perfect diamond easy.
Originally I picked a diamond myself; having no knowledge of diamonds whatsoever, I was overwhelmed with the variety. What could have, and should have, been a nightmare after I ordered a diamond without truly understanding the 4Cs, fire, brilliance, ratio, scintillation, windowing, etc, etc, and everything else that made my diamond unique... The emerald-cut diamond I ordered had a huge window in the center. Thankfully, I reached out to an advisor through the chat box on the main page and was connected with Hannah who made the selection and exchange of a new diamond so easy. She actually helped me find a bigger, more beautiful diamond for less than I originally spent. Thank you Hannah and Clean Origin for this amazing once in a lifetime shopping experience. My Fiance and I couldn't be more thrilled!

Everything my girlfriend wanted and more. She was always fairly indecisive about what type of center stone she wanted, but I showed her this diamond in person and she fell in love. Absolutely hope to get this set by Clean Origin in the future when the proposal comes, but for now into the safety deposit box it goes! Thank you Kim, Christian, Hannah and a very special shout out to the diamond coordinator/manager at Clean Origin for making this special purchase such a positive experience.
Zero stars for this company. I purchased a 2.3 carat diamond ring less than a year ago. Within that time, two diamonds fell out and the band even bent while on my wife's finger. The quality of the ring is extremely poor. To make matters worse, I had to pay a $50 deposit in order to send the ring back for a warranty review. After waiting a week for a response, I was informed that the warranty could not be applied due to the claim that the ring was under high pressure, causing the diamonds to fall out. However, the ring was simply on my wife's finger as it should be. The use of subpar materials in the construction of the ring is undoubtedly the cause of its malfunction. When my wife called customer service, they advised her not to wear the ring everyday, which is completely nonsensical. Why would one purchase a diamond wedding ring if it can't be worn regularly? It seems like another tactic for the company to avoid honoring their warranty. I strongly urge potential buyers to be cautious and stay away from this company. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and seeking a third-party inspection of the ring. Furthermore, I will be consulting with an attorney regarding this matter. It took me months to research and find what I believed to be the right company to create my wife's perfect wedding ring, but unfortunately, I was mistaken. Now, I have to pay another company to build a new ring.

I bought 3 ct. tw. Petite Tennis Bracelet on 09/10/2022.
About 3 month later, one of the diamond was missing!!!
Just in 3 month! I thought it was a defect.
I took it to the Clean Origin store.
They fixed the bracelet and told me that they secured each diamonds.
After 4 month later, one of the diamond was missing, again!
I went to the store and show it to the store manager.
I told him it must be a defected item and agreed with me.
He said he will contact the upper management and give me
a brand new bracelet or a refund.
Couple days later, he called me and said they told him that the item was not a defect.
So, I have to pay the repair cost!!!
What? I was very angry. I felt they cheated me.
I paid over $1200 for this defected bracelet that diamonds keep falling out
in couple month.
I have a lot of diamond jewelries over 10 years and I never had a missing diamonds.
If it was not a defect, then they craftsmanship is just horrible!!!
The Clean Origin Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty is a lie.
They don’t stand by their products and they have a terrible customer service.
Maybe I should sue them for a false advertising!
I hope nobody have to go through the same night mare that I had to go through!!!
Andrew and the customer service team are second to none. When it comes to the jewelry itself, same experience. I had communicated with team members on a few different occasions to work out some details. I was never left in the dark. I received the highest quality engagement ring with sooner than expected delivery time to a store for pickup. The store employees in Houston were very kind and helpful as well! Overall, a wonderful company to do business with and they can expect a return customer out of me!
My fiance let me pick out my engagement ring. I found the Lisbon ring from Clean Origin, a three stone, lab-grown diamond engagement ring in 14kt two-tone gold. We ordered it, but agreed if the appearance and quality of the ring did not live up to expectations we would return it. When it arrived we were shocked at how gorgeous it was. We found a very similar ring with comparable stones at a local jeweler for over $11,000.00. My ring from Clean Origin was only $1400!! Side by side you cant tell the difference!!! My ring is absolutely stunning! When we had them resize my ring their customer service folks were amazing! Helpful, professional, and in the U.S.! They kept us informed every step of the way. We will definitely back to Clean Origin for our wedding bands. Customers for life!!
