Still waiting on my delivery
Still waiting on my delivery. Not sure what is going on with my order but they came to my house and didn’t leave it. Not sure where it is now.
It has been now a week after they failed to deliver my goods and I still haven’t been updated as to what is going on with my purchase. Definitely would NOT recommend using this company!

Fixing a problem.
My original assessment of your company was very poor because I still had not received my missing parcel and no one had bothered to reply to my complaints after two weeks. Some confusion and lack of clarity in processes contributed to this. A poor review using this survey seemed to get things going. Within 48 hours I had a number of emails and a phone call. My toilet paper has been found after its delivery to the wrong address and my contact with your company has restored my faith in human contact.

Other then the misshap with the delivery fees, we are very happy with our trolleys. Great quality and sturdy.
