No Response

Initial purchase was good and fast, however what we ordered wasn't quite what we wanted so took advantage of the 14 day money back returns. After emailing I got a return acceptance from the company.sent the goods back but had no refund or correspondence even after checking spam folders despite emailing again! Now I'm a good amount of cash down and no lights! Poor customer service.

Incorrect item received and no response

I ordered a bamboo light fitting and shade, and received a black bit of plastic with no lampshade. I emailed to ask for a refund, but no one has got back to me and there’s no other way to contact the company. I’ve seen they have responded to others here so hoping this will be seen.

Don’t make a purchase

Made a purchase, wrong items received. Contacted customer service via email on website three times and have received no response. No other way of contacting the company. Can’t process return as the customer service have to process return label!
