Customer Service after lost Duffle Bag
My wife purchased the 21” Traveler Weekender Duffle Bag and I love it so much I decided to order the 30” Traveler Weekender Duffle Bag to have more room for longer trips. The shipment seemed to take much longer than the expected delivery date. After check the shipping number, I noticed it had been setting at one of the shipping locations for more than a week. I contacted customer service who responded very quickly and after their investigation, they sent me a new one. I love the new duffle bag and this company has a wonderful customer service and I am very grateful to be able to do business with them.

I was wrong and part of being a stand up man or human being is being big enough to say when you are wrong. Ms Lisa Roy has been nothing bit professional with all my concerns. My leather laptop bag just arrived and I’m honestly blown away. The leather is top-notch, the craftsmanship is flawless, and I absolutely love it. At first, I forgot to mention that I wanted my initials on the bag. But when I called and emailed them, they responded within minutes on a Sunday! Not only did they say, “Don’t worry, we’ve got you,” but they even sent me a preview photo showing how the initials would look. A few days later, the bag arrived exactly as promised. I’m beyond satisfied.

We appreciate your feedback! We do our best to ensure that bags are packed securely, but during transit, the handling of packages is beyond our control, which may sometimes result in creases. However, we will definitely work on improving this.
Regarding refunds, we initiate them on the same day of approval, but occasionally, delays may occur due to weekends or festive periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Much the same as others, ordered a bag that looked great on website but was nothing like the pictures - different colour leather and the lining material advertised as green felt and cheap brown nylon sent. Bag feels cheap and poorly designed as the flap is way too big for the fasteners. Customer services are non existent as they expect me to pay to return the item to India even though have admitted the bag is 'damaged' on email and their policy says they pick up cost of return (£30 to return from UK). Tried to use smaller company but avoid this business and stick with Amazon options!
