If there was a way to give no stars I would. I ordered a chair forever ago, paid shipping and waited patiently. Oh how I wish I'd looked at this site for ratings first. What a crock, despite emails and promises I never received a thing let alone a refund. Luckily as it was a surprise I haven't disappointed anyone by their gift not arriving... Ever.... Don't waste your money or your time

If I could give them zero stars I would. We never received our order and its been 2 years. I have sent emails to get 1 reply saying they have reissued my order and still have not gotten a thing. I will never order from this company again, you should be ashamed of yourselves for scamming honest, hard working peeps out of their money. 👎👎👎👎👎

I ordered via the facebook advertisement in january 2017. I sent multiple emails asking for the money to be refunded once it wad clear that the order was never arriving. Kept being a spun the same bullsh*t of 'its on its way'... its been 12 months...

Absolute thieves. No product received. Money taken. No response to emails. Stay clear of them. RIP OFF MERCHANTS.

Never order from these people!!! It is all a scam! All the money you spend on shipping is probably funding ISIS, and you never receive anything. SCAM!!!!

I ordered two peek-a-boo elephants for a baby shower back in November 2017. I received an email from classy Ella on the 4th Dec to say that the order had been shipped and i could expect my items within 15-25 days. I email on the 12th Jan 2018 to let them know i had received my items, they asked me to wait an additional 15 days. I emailed them again on the 23th April 2018 stating what had already happened and that I had brought the items for a baby shower and that i still hadn't received the items and the babies were now 3 months old so i asked for a full refund but no reply. I emailed again on the 8th September 2018 to say it have almost been a year with no reason as to why i had received my items and that I wanted a full refund still no reply. It's now 7th Janurary 2019.... dont think i'll ever heard from the greedy money robbing scum or receive the items now lol

I have ordered an item and it's been 8 months now and never received my order. They are all scammers. If trust pilot know this company there is a way we can retrieve our money or items. Please help us....

Ordered items beyond the "free just pay shipping" item advertised on Facebook and never received anything no items no money returned nothing! Facebook really needs to watch who the advertiser for because I feel this is just as much their fault too..usually they have reputable advertisers but not this time also got scammed by beastera too also a Facebook add..

I too have ordered from them April 3rd 2018. Free items just pay shipping. $20.95 was paid to them and I have not received ANYTHING. I emailed them like 1 month or 2 later telling them. I received an email back saying they'll put a new order in for me. That was okay I guess but I preferred my money back. But I still never received my order!!! I tried emailing them again and received something back saying unknown sender! Thieves is what they are!

I ordered from them almost a year ago. Items I ordered were free and I just had to pay a few bucks for shipping. Should have known better. Grandson is now 6 months old. Lesson learned.

Awful. Ordered an elephant suit for my little girl over a year ago. Have messaged multiple times and they keep resending my order that I have NEVER RECEIVED. My daughter is way too big now anyways. Just want my money back.

I order the Elephant Peek-a-Boo Plush Toy - Grey, back in April and I still haven't received plus they took my money and I'm mad as hell. I can't seem to contact anyone to help me out. This is bull. Ordered an elephant sleeping bag and an elephant chair, on aug 14th. Still have not received them. After reading these reviews I will be making a fraud report against them, with my bank.

I order an Elephant pillow A YEAR AGO and still have not received it! I have emailed them numerous times and was given a new tracking in Jan.....still haven't received that order either! My last email in May they never responded to and now my emailed are being sent back saying "message not delivered" This is a HORRIBLE company!
