Very Rude and Dismissive

Upon finding this company, I became quite interested in their services. I was greeted nicely by a representative. He kindly gave me a number to call for more information about Classover. I greeted the other customer service rep cheerfully. She was rude and dismissive. Then, hung up before I could get one question out about the program. It's hard to believe that this company serves and educate children and supports families. I can only imagine what goes on after you sign up or how the teachers are tried and get paid. If you can't even answer a question it's clear the mission is driven by $ and coins and not education and empowerment.

Terrific experience

Terrific experience. Amy was my child's tutor and kept her really engaged. Teachers are passionate and overall a great experience.

I worked for this company and here's the truth!

I worked for this company and to tell you the truth they are terrible! They over charge parents and underpay teachers. Teachers only get $15. Classover has pre-made materials that are copyrighted materials from HMH company and the person who created the powerpoints has no clue how to properly put a powerpoint together. Everything is disorganized. No answer keys because they don't have the rights to use those materials. Some powerpoints have 7 slides and when you have an hour long class you are done in 10 minutes but are expected to supplement with more materials AKA lessonplan and create more powerpoints to use to go with their lacking materials, for $15.....so we are expected to do a full time teachers job for the pay of a fast food worker. The materials provided are awful. VERY poor quality! They advertise to parents to be high quality learning but can't be further from the truth, not with the crap they use for materials! Some of the slides have board games or card games on it which aren't possible to play online. There's no deck of cards and there's no boards pieces or dice to roll. Why they include these pages on the slides makes no sense. The person making the powerpoints doesn't have a clue. I'm a professional powerpoint lessons creator so I know how to create a quality powerpoint presentation and theirs are garbage. Don't expect to get high quality learning from this company and you will be paying $250+ a month. They gauge parents and cheat teachers. Terrible! Do yourself a favor and Do Not work and enroll here. Waste of time

Review: Worst virtual classes topped with bad customer service

Review:
I recently enrolled my two 7-year-olds in a course offered by Classover with high hopes of enhancing my kids math skills through their virtual platform. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations, prompting me to request a refund. I am compelled to share my dissatisfaction regarding their handling of this situation.

Lack of Transparency:
Firstly, the refund policy was not as transparent as I expected. It was not communicated and not clearly explained during the registration process. This lack of clarity is something I believe should be addressed immediately to maintain trust and transparency with customers.

Poor Customer Service:
Upon requesting a refund, I encountered a series of bureaucratic hurdles. The customer service team was unresponsive at first, and when they did reply, it was to inform me that my request could not be processed due to a policy that was not clearly communicated earlier. The interactions were frustrating and left me feeling undervalued as a customer.

Unmet Educational Expectations:
The quality of the educational content itself was very underwhelming. The lessons were not as interactive as advertised, and the instructional methods were outdated, the teacher was not experienced, which diminished the overall learning experience. This discrepancy between what was promised and what was delivered is unacceptable, especially when premium prices are being charged.

Conclusion:
To others considering Classover, I would advise you to thoroughly understand their refund policy and set your expectations accordingly regarding the course content. As of my experience, I am disappointed and cannot recommend their services due to the poor customer service and the inflexible refund policy. A more customer-centric approach and significant improvements in course delivery are needed for me to consider returning.
I hope this feedback prompts Classover to make necessary changes, enhancing their services for future learners.

We had a try out with Amy

We had a try out with Amy, she is an amazing teacher and very patient. Amy can easily to figure out what problem the student is facing and then she use a positive guidance to help them understand and solve quickly. We just tried once and then decide to start the journey with Classover right away. I wish that this selection will encourage student to love study and may self-driven to reach their destination.

Two suggestions

The teachers in class over are good but not too much. There no reviews and previews for students.

A very good platform

The teacher's guidance is very good, and the child can keep up with the pace quickly. The customer service attitude is very good. According to my demands, I can communicate with the teacher in time and solve the problem in time.
