No comparison to Craigslist
I have tried on several occasions to use this site but have always been disappointed. I'm not sure how many people actually use Classified Ads.com other than those selling an item or product. My personal experience has been multiple attempts, zero hits. The same items listed on Craigslist sell easily day in and day out.
The rating system is a little intimidating since it deals with personal contact with website personnel, not terrible potential customer response levels. Yes, my experience has been unacceptable but not due to unreasonable or rude conduct. I have never had any type of contact with employees from this site. I question their rating objectives which should be focused on successful seller ratings.
