Rupert at the team were superb
Rupert at the team were superb. I wasn't sure what I needed but Rupert was patient and provided some very thoughtful opinions to help me out. I made a mistake with my order and he took it back to fix without charging me extra. Truly incredible customer service, you don't get that a lot these days. I'd highly recommend

Prompt service
Prompt service and delivery the oak timber i ordered had a lovely grain in it the only issue i had was that i requested a minimum of 3m lengths and i received 1 length split into 2 uneven lengths at 2m and 1m ,as it happens luckily this turned out not to be an issue. They were also the cheapest company i couId find .I would certainly recommend you buy from classic oak a really good experience i would have said excellent but for that 1 length

Really great quality oak skirting, delivered next working day and well packaged. My chippy warned me against buying online, suggesting I should pick the boards myself from a local supplier to ensure they were flat, but they didn't have what I needed. Boards from Classic Oak extremely flat in all orientations and no blemishes/dents/scratches etc. Brilliant service and product; would definitely recommend and use again.
