Ordered a pair of UGG slippers 18th…

Ordered a pair of UGG slippers 18th November they have not arrived yet. Constant emails to Classic Noble very little to no response. I am going to get my bank to try and get my money back as I have had little to no response from Classic Noble. I don’t hold out much hope !!! My advice don’t buy anything from these people.

Don't waste your time with this company.

Order a pair of "ASICS" running shoes from Classic Noble. Item was sent from China using a UK based drop shipping service. Shoes that arrived were clearly fake and not as described. Company refused to refund and had to seek a chargeback through my bank.

Don't bother wasting your time with this company.

FAKES FROM CHINA - DONT BUY

Purchased an Arc Teryx coat. Saw the reviews after purchasing and request for the order not to be shipped (4 separate emails) Completely ignored this and shipped it anyway. Came from China and was so obviously fake. Asked for the address to send back and have been completely ghosted. Got my bank to recall the funds, so jokes on them. NEVER BUY FROM HERE!

Purchased a pair of ASIC Trainers but were FAKE

Purchased a pair of ASIC Trainers from what I believed was from a UK company, based in Covent Garden London and selling goods based in the UK

Goods arrived which were clearly fake and had been sent from China (using a uk drop box delivery service to mask that they had come from China)

Requested a refund but company just kept on just offering an ever increasing discount to keep the product or if not then requesting for the product to be sent back (at my own cost) to a random address in China with no guarantee of a refund ever being paid.

Wish I had seen the reviews on here first.

Have reported the company to the UK fraud action line (uk fraud police) and asked for my credit card company to call back the payment made.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company
They are extremely rude and customer service is laughable.
They advertise their company address is UK but insist on returns to china, their warehouse. However they do not advertise this in their returns policy on the website. Also make returns very difficult. I ordered an branded product and query whether what arrived is actually authentic.

Scam website, do not purchase from here

I purchased some Asics trainers, and they were clearly fake. When I tried calling the contact number, it went straight to voicemail. When I emailed, the company replied asking me to return the item to an address in China, even though the website states a UK address. I am now pursuing this through UK Trading Standards for misleading advertising and counterfeit goods.

Fake trainers with a return address in China

Delivered trainers which are obviously fake and didn't even have tags.

Similar experience to others here, given a return address in China despite pricing in GBP, claiming to be a UK registerted company with an address in Covent Garden, London and a return address on the package for Cannock, UK. Note that they are careful to not disclose their return address on the website.

Credit card company very unhelpful, wont do anything unless I either (a)get Asics to agree that they are fake or (b) send the counterfeit goods all the way to China.

Fake scam shop/website

Purchased a jacket on their website via credit card checked they had a phone I rang, automated voice says in everyone's busy please use messaging, the item I ordered was heavily discounted from other shops should have known then, then checked trust pilot because I had my suspicions I have sent the emails no reply I found that my bank they're not sure if they can get the money back, they are a company listed in company house, recently I think the company owner was someone called Noah , surely there's another service that can close down this fraudulent service I will check, the bank said it might take some time to try and get back my money even though I reign a couple of hours after purchase and it was still pending that's banks for you whatever you do not purchase anything from this website, very long waiting times obviously the stuff is coming from China and is fake, I took a look on other items on their site a lot of the items like say it's Nova blast five, are popular they're all over eBay there's a huge number of fakes in these shoes and others instead of eBay they made this shop look legit but it's all counterfeit please share if you've purchased anything from this website so more people can know
