I ordered a product that was supposedly…

I ordered a product that was supposedly in stock on Dec 17th. They immediately charged my credit card. As of today Jan 9th they still haven't shipped the item, stated it was back ordered or a damn thing! Their customer service phone number always states they can't answer it due to high volume. This business is unethical. Do not use them!

I’d like to leave negative stars if…

I’d like to leave negative stars if possible. I placed an order with these guys waited almost 2 weeks for nothing to ever ship nobody to get in contact with. I canceled that order decided to give them another chance, Placed my order after waiting a week i’m in formed an item has been canceled because of an inventory discrepancy honestly it was the only thing I really even want it on my order. I canceled my order and I’m gonna continue to give my business to aimsurplus.com you can’t go wrong with those guys.

Don't believe everything you read on-line

Recently I was in the market for a bullpup shotgun. Classic Firearms had what I was looking for at a great price. " After" my on-line order I decided to look up reviews. Well as you can see many 1 star and negative reviews. I became concerned, my account was immediately charged but I did receive proper looking emails so did my FFL alerting both of us of the sale details. I am happy to report that I was updated about the shipping progress through FedEx.
My gun was delivered 7 days after ordering and was exactly what I ordered.
I never made any calls to customer service or had to email about any concerns. So as far as my purchase is concerned it was 5 star service. During these gun and ammo hoarding times I think they did a great job.

-5 stars Company Stole from me

I purchased 2 ($40 a peice) magazines from them and never received them because of a mistake with post office, requiring them to be returned. I emailed classic firearms asking for them to resend them when they were returned and they said it was impossible to resend. They said I should get a refund within 2 weeks. Well, a month later with no refund I decided to email them about this. The person I talked to said I should received refund within 2 days. When I checked 2 days later only half had been refunded. I tried emailing again and they said they refunded the amount for items that were recieved. I showed them proof (through tracking info) that the item was never delivered and turned around while in post office possession. I was Ignored, never sent a reply. I reached out again asking how 2 items that were shipped in 1 box (1 Tracking Number) left and return with half the items, and received the typical runaround they had been giving the whole time. I provided them with adequate proof that there was a mistake in the returning facility and I was blatantly ignored. This company stole from me and never acknowledged any of the proof I was providing.

I have bought multiple surplus firearms…

I have bought multiple surplus firearms from Classic starting with a Maddi AK and a SKS with a 16" barrel in the early 1990's around the time of the assault rifle ban. I have never had a problem with the quality of the products or service. The last thing I bought from Classic was a pristine CZ-82 at a good price when other vendors only had beaters for more money.
The "This is the last one!"/ "Look what we found in the warehouse!" routine gets old fast but it is after all the 'gun biz' which is full of weasels, (selling guns to re-tards) so what would you expect?

The ABSOLUTE WORST!

I ordered a Canik pistol in early July 2020 from Classic Firearms. Three days later I received an email informing me that the order was cancelled because of an"inventory discrepancy". I emailed to confirm the cancellation to which they replied confirmation of the cancellation. So I purchased the same firearm from a different vendor. THEN Classic Firearms sent the pistol to my FFL!! I told CF that I would not accept the order because I had already purchased the gun from another vendor due to the "cancellation". They sent an RMA and return shipping label to my FFL and the item was received back by Classic Firearms in late July. I contacted them and they told me it would take 5-7 days to process my refund. I sent multiple emails requesting my refund be processed but never received a reply. I NEVER RECEIVED THE REFUND so I finally called my credit card company late August to dispute the charge. I also filed a complaint with the BBB. Classic Firearms customer service is ridiculously bad. Believe all the negative online reviews and STAY AWAY! These people are perhaps intentionally deceptive and dishonest..at best an organizational disaster!

Zero stars if it was possible

Zero stars if it was possible. Stay away. Unfortunately I should have read the reviews here before ordering because I'm facing exactly what others did. I order two items, totalling over $136, a buttstock and a buffer tube, instead, received a lower parts kit worth $40. If you try to call at 4 PM their time they are closed.

Now I'm going to have to deal with what everyone here is dealing with which is slow response times and if lucky get my refund after having to ship the item back. Reporting to BBB, and reporting mail fraud.

Easy smooth transaction

I ordered a rifle on July 28 and picked it up from FFL Aug 13. Extremely smooth and great communication. During covid craziness this went far better than I expected and will likely use Classic Firearms again.

Giveaways are scams, poor customer service, refunds are hopeless

It all seemed good and dandy when I bought the m57 tokarev pistol, and it only took a week and a half to ship to my ffl. Unfortunately, there was an issue in which I needed to return the firearm (all from my end) and it took another week and a half to ship the item back. They received and signed off for the pistol 2 or 3 weeks ago and, after many attempts to ask for clarification on the refund status, I kept getting the same reply saying it's going to take basically a month without answering any of my other questions. It's very frustrating considering they took my money within a few minutes of receiving my payment info but needs over a month to give it back.

They SUCK!!

I made a purchase online on their website on June 28,2020. They sent me an email saying my product will ship within 10-15 business days due to them being very busy. I emailed them about 2 times asking about my order and Victoria replied both times saying it will take 10-15 business days to ship. Well today is July 27,2020 and my items still haven’t shipped out. I emailed them to cancel my order and am currently waiting for a reply!! I would NOT recommend them to anyone, they SUCK!!!!

I will keep this very simple.

I will keep this very simple.

I order two additional magazines with a rifle that I purchased a few weeks ago.

When I open the package, low and behold, there were two magazines but they were 10 round shotgun magazines for a Panzer shotgun. I, of course, immediately reached out to classic firearms to get this rectified. After a couple days I got an email from a Victoria, who quite frankly I think is automation software since she has the same pat answer for every complaint, concern or issue that I've read on this thread.

Here's what they told me: You have to ship back to product that we sent you in the error, they didn't dispute the fact that it was their error. At which point and only at which point we will process another order which could take up to 2 weeks, all because we screwed up we're going to inconvenience you more.

Based on that response it could be easily contrived they just called me a thief. Why? Because they will not ship the correct items to me until I send them back the products that were sent to me in error by some ignoramus in the pulling or shipping department.

What's so sad is that you know I watch the videos and it seems like I like these guys for the video content and they seem to be fun to work for, but where did they get the igmos
at working customer service. I was in customer service for 25 as a vice president and chief offering officer of 100 people. And what they do is what you never do. You always help the customer resolve the issue first. And then and then only do you say hey send back the old equipment so we can get this straightened out but you send them the correct products first. Anyway I could go on and on and on and rant but you all get it.
