Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Sogenannte "Marktwerte" werden offenbar ohne jede Sachkunde "gegoogelt". Besonderheiten werden nicht berücksichtigt. Die so ermittelten Werte könnten ebensogut gewürfelt sein und halten einer Überprüfung nicht stand. Die "Bewertungsurkunde" ist damit praktisch wertlos. Finger weg und lieber gleich einen richtigen Sachverstädigen ranlassen.
