Scam and bad support
Hello, I would like to share my experience with the support team. My aunt won 1000 gems, and when she tried to complete the KYC verification, it didn’t work. She asked me to contact support on her behalf. However, instead of helping, they started claiming that I wasn’t the actual account owner and even accused me of being underage.
I tried to explain and offered my driver’s license for verification since my ID card had expired, but they kept insisting it wasn’t me. I was willing to provide any proof they needed, but nothing was accepted. Out of frustration, I ended up saying things I thought they wanted to hear, but they later used those words against me.
As a result, they refused to refund the money, voided all funds, banned me from live chat, and completely blocked further communication. They continue to claim that I am underage and rely on my frustrated responses instead of actual evidence.
This feels unfair and unprofessional. I did everything I could to prove my identity and cooperate, yet they dismissed all of it and punished me instead.

Extremely disappointed with the support... For the last 4 days i have been playing only Double on their website i always betted 1 gems and it can bee seen from the logs in my account i have over 137 pages for the last 3,4 days only on Double... I had some balance which i made from 20 gems up to 321 for the 3,4 days period only with betting 1 gems and having fun without spending too much as i do not have much anyway. 16/08/2025 i played until late around 3:30 AM and i was from my phone... Wanted to place one last bet and missclicked (max) button and until i noticed i have missclicked my money was gone... I immediatley contacted the support to try and explain what happened and that truly i would have never placed such a bet litteraly i have 140 pages on bets on Double that show i always betted 1 or max 2 gems... I'm not there for the money but to enjoy the site and the games thats why i wagered 10k gems for less than a month... I really enjoyed the site and everything but as i was spending too much decided to be slow with my last deposit and i was just betting 1 gems on green on Double.... I contacted support the person didnt even want to listen to me.. I understand its a gambling site and on the first occasion if they see money they would never return them but i just wanted some understanding from them and at the end of the day we are all humans and make mistakes... Did a battle(I have over 20k wagered on the site), this battle started normal like any of them, and suddenly I hit a clash coin and I hit a 9k item, and suddenly the site got stuck for like 2 minutes, I refreshed endlessly to find the outcome. And there I see the result(mind you it was a shared battle), I got barely anything it didnt showed as if the item hit.
Wrote this to the support and they just said sorry lmao even though in their words they experienced a lag on the site. Think of it as you want, I will never play the site and I will warn other people not to aswell.
