Took my Granddaughter for a fitting and bought shoes from the Reading store and she has blisters I emailed clarks with the photos and receipt and have heard nothing back

I bought a pair of shoes during the weekend of Black Friday in Italy. After 3 days Clarks send me ad email, my order was sent and the delivery will be on 9th December. OK!! Great.. Buuuut the tracking number doesn't work, the shipment doesn't exist for Italy and I also checked into other tracker services (international too). The custom care service doesn't exist: in the chat none answers and I send already 2 email asking for information. I NEED HELP

Ordered shoes on Swiss website. Per website taxes and duties are included to Switzerland. Shoes arrived quickly after ordering via dhl. Imagine my surprise tj receive a text from dhl saying I owed 30chf in taxes! I had to pay witching 48 hours or they would add fees. I immediately reached out to Clark’s and no response.. very frustrated and disappointed- stuck with an expensive pair of shoes and costs not foreseen.. without anyone to talk to…

For 9 years I have been a loyal Clarks customer so I purchased 3 pair of shoes two weeks ago, but my order has never arrived in NL. The track&trace link was not working and the chatbot was really far below customer satisfaction. There is also no phonenumber to reach out to. After two weeks waiting (4 e-mails from my side) i finally received an e-mail today, only telling me that Clarks needs more time.
It could have been helpful to know how long at the latest i will have to wait and what will happen if they cant find the delivery? Will i get my money back? I rather receive my order.. also to file a new complaint in case of any further questions let me to this bad review! You cannot close this file when the case isnt closed yet

After posting this review clarks suddenly refunded 66%of the amount paid for 2 our of 3 pairs to my bankaccount without any contact. Clarks still holds 200€ for the missing pair (130€ + other shoes) and there is no communication on whether they will send me the 3rd pair of shoes or whether they Will fully compensate me. This doesnt seem correct to me. I regret having ordered with clarks.

There is no contact with the delivery company Celeritas, which is well known for not delivering, nor with the store itself. I can't call anywhere; there is only a contact form. No one answered me from Clarks, the contact form, or Facebook. Chat on their page is useless- no one there too! Please not that I ordered long before black Friday.

Had to call to arrange a return qr code as the portal wasn’t working. I asked for a Royal Mail return 3 times. However when I arrived at the post office I had been given Evri code . A frustrating wasted trip to the post office

I bought online from Clarks several years ago without any problem. The quality & fit of the shoes were excellent which prompted me to order again. However my recent purchase was never delivered, in fact, despite what it said on the tracking information no attempt at delivery was made. I have subsequently received a full refund.
From that experience & reading other reviews it would appear that the problem is with the delivery company & not the suppliers. I would suggest a change of carrier be considered.

The website stated that delivery to Switzerland would be with duties paid. However it was not. I was hit with a 34 CHF extra bill for one pair of shoes from the courier.
When I raised a contacted customer service I waited 12 days for a reply. I was told that I was wrong and because the shoes were shipped from NL it did not apply. Awful service. Misleading website. Avoid.

After buying Clarks for more, than 30 years, these were my last pair of shoes from Clarks. The showed a leakage not even 6 months after purchasing. I filed a claim, provided pictures and for several months no reaction from the EU service department. After roughly 1 year they offered me to send the shoes on my costs to Italy, where someone decides, if they accept the claim or not. They never reacted on anymore mails from my side. This year the Northern European Clarks department motivated me to pick up the claim again. All I got after several weeks was, that the warranty has ran out. Let us all hope for the good of the name and the quality, that Clarks Europe will go bankrupt so that they can lay off all these useless emploiees and managers...

I contacted with the customer support to know when I would receive my order. They only send me the Shipmentnumber/trackingnumber but not the link from the delivery company and that make me loose time.

I even suggested them to pick my shoes from any store, but i was refused. If you can deliver a shoes, fire your deliver team/
I suggest you to work with Pick Point RELAIS, at least can we can go and pick our deliver.

I had an introductory discount offer code after signing up for emails etc. on the clarks.com website (not an outlet).
When I tried to use it in the PROMO box it was rejected.
I got through to a helpful and patient lady on the support desk who emailed me a new code within minutes and I was able to place my order and receive the discount.
I would like to file a complaint about the disgusting quality of service in Clarks online store! I made an order and paid for it a week ago, I received a notification that my order was accepted for processing, money was withdrawn from my bank account. Since I did not receive the tracking link for the parcel after 4 days, I had to write to their support myself. As a result, my order was not processed and they did not see it in the system. After 3 days of waiting for their help, I just get an email asking for a refund. No one even wrote to me about the solutions to the problem that they created. Terrible and disgusting service. I just wasted a whole week waiting for nothing. And their technical support has been working awfully long
