Sunil served us quickly and with a smile. He spent lots of time with my two young daughters (5 and 3) making sure their shoes fit and putting them at ease. They loved him! We will be back when their baby brother starts walking a bit more to fit his first shoes ❤️

Asian and Grace were great trinity store. Helped a large group pick wedding shoes quickly with great advice.

Abi, was very helpful, not pushy and had knowledge about the footwear I was buying and other shoes on display.

Matthew at the Abbeycentre outlet was fantastic in helping me with an exchange, he took his time and was very courteous. A good example of how aftersales assistance should operate, I'll be back for another purchase.

I had a really positive experience in Clarks Grafton Street recently. Grace served me and she was absolutely excellent. She managed several customers at once while still making everyone feel looked after and never rushed. She brought out multiple sizes and styles for me to try and even suggested options that weren’t on display to give me more choice.

She struck the perfect balance of being friendly, knowledgeable and attentive without ever being pushy. It’s rare to get customer service that genuinely stands out these days and she was fantastic. A real credit to the store.

I needs a pair of shoes quickly this morning and Angela who works for Clarks, couldn't do enough to help. Her customer service is excellent and wellness to help was very much appreciated.

I went into Clarks in Liverpool One on 8th May with my 87 year old dad. For years, it has been a nightmare buying him shoes or trainers as he always insisted on buying shoes which were clearly too big for him! I mentioned this to the lady who served us. She was fantastic. She measured his feet perfectly. He had been buying shoes which were too big because his fit is extra wide.
She sorted him out with two pairs of shoes and was very patient. We were then able to go on and buy trainers in another shop which were also the perfect size because of the lady who served us. Her help wasn’t limited to just that moment in time.
Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name but she is certainly an asset to the company. Thank you.

Review: I have visited the Clarks branch at castlepoint shopping centre today, and I am still overwhelmed with gratitude. The staff member who helped me is named Abby.
I have been visiting this particular clarks branch for over eight years, but today was the first time the store truly felt a live and functioning, and that was entirely because of Abby, her positive energy, empathy, professionalism, and genuine care and attention to detail went beyond anything I expected or recently experienced in any store.

As someone who is neaurodivergent, shopping can become overwhelming very quickly. Normally, I find my self walking out of the store within minutes. But Abby changed that completely. She made my visit so calm, welcoming, and positive that I dont even have the words except these: Thank you Abby from the bottom of my heart, you are beyond words
People like Abby are very rare, she deserves every recognition, please make sure she knows what a difference she made

Clarks, Mill Street, Macclesfield

I purchased a pair of Georgia black leather shoes from Clarks on Mill Street in Macclesfield. I needed shoes that would fit swollen feet and ankles, and the shop assistant, Jo P., immediately understood what I required. She showed me exactly the right pair of shoes straight away.

Jo was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I was delighted to find a proper shop with a real, attentive human assistant who genuinely cared about getting things right.

Ash in Cardiff provided great service.
I have a particular issue with bursitis in both heels and Ash helped me to find what i hope to be a great pair of shoes to alleviate my particular issue.
