Visited the store on 15/02/26 with our 18 month old son
We were welcomed into the store and helped by Rhianna K - she was absolutely fantastic
The knowledge of Rhianna and her patience with our toddler was wonderful, getting his first shoes and having tried a few different stores unsuccessfully we are so happy for the knowledge and assistance of Rhianna at the Walton on Thames store
She confidently asked about his walking and explained the different shoes and options and was so gentle with measuring our toddlers feet
Thank you for giving us all such a positive experience and for the perfect first shoes.
Rhianna K is absolutely wonderful and we will be purchasing from this store with her again soon.

Perfect service.
Arrived without an appointment at 11 o’clock on a busy Friday to buy my grandson some new school shoes. I was greeted and asked to take a seat, almost immediately a very helpful young girl, Dulcie, came over and served us. She was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I had no hesitation in buying the recommended shoes.

I visited the Walton-on-Thames branch to take advantage of the last day of 20% off 2 items. I must have tried on at least 10 different items and the assistant Rachel was excellent. She was so patient and helpful, she really couldn’t have done anything more to improve the experience.

Experience and knowledge, great
I usually just walk in and out again as
I take size 9/10, the staff not bothered and I just get “try on line”. So this time I did try on line as I was desperate, I ordered to pick up in store. I went in thinking the worst, won’t fit and that will be it. But I was greeted by a gentleman, helped to a chair, then bought my shoes which didn’t fit not wide enough. Then the gentleman said he had a pair that could be just right for me and went off. He gave me the pair got me a shoe horn then adjusted the shoe for me to accommodate a special insole that I wear. It was a lovely experience to have someone with great knowledge of the product and and so happy to assist, thank you.
