Ordered shoes via clarksoutlet.co.uk website. I thought I was buying from reputable company now I'm suspecting it's a scam. Shoes supposedly sent via courier never arrived so chased via email with Clarke's and eventually told there had been a 'technical glitch' and shoes never dispatched so order had been cancelled and monies would be returned to my card within 5 days....fast forward 9 days and no refund!! Now having to raise dispute with card company for charge back!!

Further investigation shows business has 2 directors (Paul Wakefield and Neil Barrows) and according to last set of accounts is trading with an operating loss of over £100 million!! Probably explains why they are taking orders without dispatching goods then not giving promised refunds!)

Viv and Harriet at the Freshney Place store in Grimsby were completely faultless. I went into the Grimsby store on Thursday afternoon to try and get my daughter some school shoes. She has very recently been diagnosed with flat feet and hyper mobility of her ankles so was feeling a little anxious and I was super stressed out. Viv was amazing with my little girl, nothing was too much trouble and she took her time to reassure her. The size we needed was not in stock so Viv phoned Louth and asked Harriet to bring the right size across on Saturday. From start to finish the experience from these two women was impeccable! I honestly could not thank them enough and I am pretty sure they have made a friend for life in my little girl. Thank you so much ladies for such a pleasant experience during a stressful time!

Your support is useless. Your delivery and return processes are slow and frustrating. Nobody knows where is my return.

I was in Grafton Street Clark Store and I was attended by Webber, she was so lovely and friendly - a great help and found the exact shoes I needed in the right size. Perfect experience can’t recommend more!

Nathan in the CastlePoint store was so incredibly helpful with getting my two children school shoes. Despite it being the end of summer and crazy busy, he was patient, calm, polite and really accommodating with my youngest and her sensory needs. Thanks so much Nathan - made a summer chore an absolute dream and I got to leave with happy kids.

We went to the Carmarthen shop for new school shoes. Sarah measured my daughter’s feet and let her try on all the shoes she wanted. She was very patient with her and an all round nice experience for her. Thanks

Raised 2 issues with Clark’s, still no resolution. Parcel should have been delivered 26th August. Evri is their carrier service and they didn’t deliver, 10 days later they’ve actually LOST my parcel.
Raised an issue with Clarks, keep getting told to “wait another working day”.
I had to reorder my parcel and pay for DPD express £10!!
Clark’s are now ignoring my emails. So so so poor.
I’ve had to raise it with my credit card at this point.
Won’t be ordering again.
Even the service in our local store was terrible, Clarks downhill.

What a star employee Lauren at Peterborough is. Polite, helpful, positive and nothing was too much or a bother.

Visited the Harlow store for back to school shoes was helped by Nell who was patient and helpful with my lil one who didn’t want to try any and as was a very busy day for store was really helpful and friendly

Clark’s wilmslow is definitely the best Clark’s store I’ve been too. Exceptional staff, very helpful. Tracy sorted me out with a few pairs of shoes in a friendly and helpful manner

I’ve visited the Clarks store in Loughton several times and have always received attentive, professional advice. The team takes the time to understand what I need and helps me find the right shoes every time (or order online and collect there).
Now even my little one can wear Clarks. Their wide-fit options and half sizes are perfect for his growing feet. Definitely one of my favourite brands!

We called into the Carmarthen branch on Saturday with our baby girl to get her measured for her first pair of shoes.
The lady who greeted us upon our arrival was very welcoming and politely directed us to the children’s section upstairs. When we arrived at the children’s section, we were warmly welcomed by Sarah G.
Sarah put us at ease with her knowledge, explained the process, and approached our daughter with a soft and gentle demeanour which meant our daughter was calm and receptive when it came to having her feet measured.
Sarah helped us choose the right shoes for our girl and we left the store feeling like we’d had the most positive experience. Due to the positive service, we’ll be returning for our daughter’s next pair of shoes. Thank you.

Carla at Castlepoint was really helpful finding school shoes for both my children. She was friendly, patient, supportive and took the time to find out what they liked/didn't like.

Visited kempston interchange store for a fitting and school shoes for my son. Was served by Ben. Ben listened to the styles my son liked and sourced according. Fitting and shoes purchased within 10 mins. Fabulous service and very happy customer

Went in to get my daughter’s feet measured for the first time and to purchase a pair of first shoes.
Salma served us and was amazing.

A lovely young man named Oliver in the Enfield town store made everything about buying my daughter’s school shoes so easy. From measuring to purchase he was pleasant and efficient. Sahib on the tills was polite and speedy. For someone who gets overwhelmed in social situations both young men made this experience smooth.

Very patience with fitting my children put them at ease. Thank you to the young man with goatee .

Took my son to the Bedford branch to buy school shoes and it could not have been a better experience. As soon as we entered the shop we were greeted then directed to have my son’s feet measured. This was done quickly and efficiently and then we were directed to and assisted by Imani who was just wonderful, so friendly, helpful and professional. It made the whole process so easy and my son left with perfect fitting, quality shoes for school. Thank you Imani and all the team at Bedford, an excellent shopping experience.

By far the GREATEST experience Ever, I also want to thank Linda for her help, she is amazing, she made my purchase so easy and she is so patient. Would definitely come back again!
