Libby at Newark store looked after us when my daughter needed to be measured for school shoes. She was wonderful and couldn't have been any more helpful. All the staff had smiles on their faces and a lot of customers left happy whilst we were there. Would highly recommend them.

We couldn’t have asked for better service when we went in to get school shoes for our 13yr old and 6yr old. Great knowledge and brilliant with the boys. Thanks so much Serena.

Chanel in particular has always been fantastic with my two children we often go in for feet measuring (oh how they grow!) she is always super helpful and has a fantastic calming aura making myself and my young children feel so at ease!
The store is always well stocked, clean and tidy! We’ve recently purchased our youngest daughter’s school shoes and it was a wonderful experience, the staff were extremely helpful catering for her size and offering alternatives where necessary!
Cannot be more thankful and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for all our shoe-related needs!

I went to Newark Clarks store with my 8 year old daughter for some school shoes. Chanel who served us was brilliant with my daughter. My daughter was a bit between sizes and she was so patient as my daughter wanted to try on every single pair at least twice! Chanel helped us to choose the best fit and find ones that my daughter liked the design of. She was very kind, patient and a credit to the store! Great customer service and very happy with our purchase.

After struggling to find some new shoes for a disability event for my dad, who has sensory issues with clothes and is only comfortable particular shoes. The staff were so helpful, especially the manager. She not only helped my father in picking out the comfortable shoes, she actually made the effort to communicate with him and not just egnore him and speak to me. Treating him as an individual, contributing towards a meaningful life for him. Unfortunately at the end of the fitting he did have a personal accident, which again the manager couldn't be any more helpful and continuesly reassured my father until we completed the transaction and left the store. Highly recommend, fantastic customer service

What a lovely team! I had taken my disabled husband for a fitting recently. He can be quite challenging, so i was dreading taking him. The shop manager, Lorna was amazing, so patient and polite. I highly recommend this particular shop. Will definitely be purchasing from them again.

Never have I had such a professional service , couldn't do enough for me, although my feet are in a right state lorna who I think was the manager sorted me out with some lovely comfy sandals .

Newark store - helped by April.
We had an appointment booked for school shoes at 11:30,we arrived at 11:10 and were told it was fine to be early and we were promptly seated at a pod. April was then with us and she measured all 3 children’s feet,then brought up school shoes which were available in each size. Very thorough and efficient and we left we all shoes that we wanted in a good time.

We were served quickly and received an extremely efficient and knowledgeable service today (21/8/24) from Serena.

Great service received from Libby, she was very patient helping my two children get fitted for school shoes. Really lovely, helpful and friendly service received, also made lots of suggestions for my older daughter getting the right pair of shoes. Chanel has yet again given us 5 star customer service. She has so much knowledge and she treats the children just as her own, both of my boys are so comfortable with Chanel and we will always come in to be measured by her. She is able to advise on all issues and offer a solution where appropriate and her knowledge of the product and how it will work best for us is outstanding. I trust her judgement entirely and she is a credit to the business. Thank you again Chanel, we will be returning!

Libby did a great job helping my daughter find shoes for her first year at Newark Academy. Libby was incredible patient and as a student at the same school she gave great advice on options for gaining support from the school for a child who struggles with footwear due to high sensitivity.

We had an excellent experience buying new school shoe with Libby from the Newark branch. She was absolutely brilliant, super knowledgeable and made us aware of the 3 month guarantee on growth prior to school meaning buying our shoes came without risk.

Went into Clarks Newark after my 4 year old daughter was walking funnily in some shoes purchased whilst on holiday in Skegness. Tillie was excellent and managed to coax my daughter, who hates having her feet measured into happily having them done. She actually measured a size bigger and a width smaller than the shoes we were sold in Skegness after being measured.

A very patient and knowledgeable assistant, for whom nothing was too much trouble.

I brought a couple of pairs of shoes for my children from Lorna. She was such a great help, and very efficient. Lorna was very friendly and made our experience so much easier and stress free 😁
